I visited Lush in the white Rose and had such a nice experience. I went in with my wife for the first time. The shop was so well laid out and so many bright colours I didn’t know where to look. I had fantastic help from the best and caring staff. Betty & Jasmine partially deserve a shout out. What 2 incredible team members you have there. They were so helpful and fun and kindly explained the benefits of everything. They made me want to purchase everything and even gave a lovely gift courtesy of lush. I was so pleasantly surprised as a man I often don’t go shopping for bath bombs. But it is now my number one shop in the white rose and hope to see the wonderful Betty and Jasmine again you two are the best ever! Thank you for a wonderful experience ?

Had the most wonderful experience at White Rose. We were served by Betty and Jasper who were the friendliest most helpful staff I have ever come across. Both had advised on us on our skin types as well as looking for what was the best matches for us personally. My skin is feeling so much more refreshed and I feel pampered once I left as they had given the best service I have ever received. They had also given us a bag of goodies (free samples) to take with us as we were unsure whether to buy or not as they were considerate towards the pricing on items. This gave us the option to see what worked for us and be able to buy what suits our skin. Once again a BIG thank you to Betty and Jasper!

Visited here on quieter and busier days (like Boxing Day) and the customer service is always fabulous. I was served by Alicia today (what prompted this review) and she was amazing! So so helpful and kind. I cannot thank the great staff here enough ?

We have just had a party for my daughters 10th birthday at Lush White Rose & wow I cannot express how amazing it was! Jamie was our host & was absolutely fantastic with all the children, ensuring they had fun, all joined in, kept them engaged but also that they came away with knowledge around the products & how to use them safely. I was amazed how many products actually went into the party, it very much felt like no expense was spared. Every child's parent has messaged me since the party saying how much their daughter enjoyed the experience.

I will highly recommend to all my friends and family looking for a party venue. All the staff assisted the party in one way or another at some point during the party and I would love to add how kind, patient and helpful every single staff member was. I would like to again do a special shout out for our party host Jamie, thank you for making my daughters day so memorable and special! Jamie also informed of us of all the acts of kindness lush partakes in such as donating products to causes such as women's refuges just as one example. Well done Lush! I'll be back for a jelly soap when the next shape is out!

We had our 7 year olds daughters party at Lush in white rose today and it was fantastic. Jasper was amazing, they entertained the kids and was really good with all the girls. A real credit to your team….well done Lush and a huge thanks to Jasper. What a superstar ⭐️

Amazing staff.

Despite being in here on Saturday before Christmas and the store being heaving, the staff here were absolutely wonderful. Exceedingly helpful and they were all cheery and upbeat without being saccharin. They were happy to have a chat and were super engaging.

They are so well organised in Lush that despite all the tills being full with people making purchases, the staff also had mobile devices to scan and take payments, providing quick, efficient and super friendly service.

This place is brilliant, but what makes it brilliant is the staff. They are all super friendly and willing to help you and assist you with what you want.

Im so annoyed with myself as I didn’t get her name but I visited and great recommendation for my currently problematic skin!

Not only that they had taken sometime to wrap things up for us which I didn’t mind at all and they provided us with a free bath bomb due to the inconvenience of waiting. I thought that was so kind.

Also we bought a few bars of the watermelon soaps as they are giving all profits made from these purchases to Palestine. I think this amazing!

All in all I will definitely continue to visit this store time and time again. As I always have a wonderful experience!!!!
