I love Lush for so many reasons, including their commitment to natural ingredients, ethical practices and transparency.

Shoutout to my neighborhood shop at 3430 N. Sourhport in Chicago! The team is super friendly, knowledgeable and always ready with a suggestion and product demo when I need one. I love the layout of the shop because it’s not overwhelming and they always have what I need in stock.

I think folks forget about Lush after they departed social media (for ethical reasons, of course.) Consider this your reminder that Lush is still here and still has everything you need to live your best life.

I wish I could remember the employees name that helped me! They were so kind and patient helping me figure out which perfume I liked best.

They ended up guiding me to the Lord of Misrule scent and it’s absolutely one the best perfumes I’ve ever used. The patchouli is stronger at first and smells so warm and spicy with the black pepper - it’s actually so stunning. Then it dries down with more of a vanilla finish giving me that perfect blend of sweet and woody mix I’ve been searching for! Couldn’t be happier 🙂

Wonderful experience! MacKenzie was super knowledgeable with the fragrance collection. I had previously bought a product, that didn’t work for me. MacKenzie helped find fragrance products that are perfect for what I was looking for, by asking all the right questions leading me to the perfect 2 products.

A sales associate asked if I was able to afford a product within the first few minutes of speaking with me, which was very unprofessional. Then upon pointing out the odd interaction to the manager, the explanation given was," individuals buy aprons online then pretend to be employees to harass customers in their store". The shop is small enough to notice new faces, and sounded like a weird way to shift blame.

What an uncomfortable shopping experience... the employee with short bangs and orange hair followed me around and when I told her that I didn't want to purchase a product she recommended, her tone immediately became condescending. My questions about certain items were met with a glare, raised eyebrows and short, snappy responses. The whole interaction felt so passive aggressive. Such a bummer because I haven't had an encounter like this at any other Lush location.

Mac and Katie recently hosted my 9yo bday party and it was perfection! First off, amazed at their patience for the questions, wildness and overall energy of 8 and 9 yo girls. The party was so much fun and entertaining. The goodie bags blew me away. Huge lush fans! Will definitely be recommending this location to friends and family!

Unfortunately I have to give this location a one star. My friend and I happen to be in the area and decided to stop because I’ve been dying for some clean products! We haven’t been in a Lush store in a long time so we were definitely taking our time and checking out/ smelling all the goodies. The woman that works there with the shoulder length brown hair? Made me sooooo uncomfortable, I could FEEL watching me through out the store and sure enough when I looked at her- she was looking at us. Neither once did offer her assistance nor said hi, actually my friend smiled at her and she gave a blank stare. The feeling of being followed & pre-judged really sucks, I expected better from Lush.
