I am on the final stretch and my journey has been easy because the Lustig & Young team have created an amazing experience. I'm always greeted warmly, offered refreshments coming and going, seen promptly, and made very comfortable during my visit.

First visit and I have to say from the time we entered to the time we left is 100% customer service! They explained in detail everything and my son was looking forward to his procedure in this office. 😁 we highly recommend this orthodontic office.

I do not recommend getting Invisalign done here! I spent a fortune on my Invisalign treatment and I was concerned about a tooth being slightly off at the end of my treatment and they told me that it would be fine and to go ahead and proceed with the retainer and that it would fix it. Very upset that this is not the case and that they won't help fix the unalignment I still have which would probably taken one more set to fix. How the doctor approved this is very upsetting. I came in not happy about my final set of Invisalign results but was told I was good to go so I signed off on the paperwork. Now I have to pay more to get it fixed even though extra sets were included in my original Invisalign price.

A manager (Laura) reached out and and address the issues I was having. She assured me (AND I TRULY BELIEVE HER) that they are going to fix the customer service issues which makes me feel comfortable raising the rating to a five star.

I will say that every time one of the kids gets worked on that doctors and assistants are always top-notch. I’ve only ever had an issue with the customer service at the front of house.

Horrible!!! Would not recommend whatsoever. I’m not happy with my alignment or my children’s treatment. So much money spent just to look and feel like we never had treatment. Overbite is terrible.
