I was seen by Dr. Machado to remove two wisdom teeth. Both him and his staff were really friendly and made me feel at ease the whole time. I was Dr. Machado's patient and my experience with him was absolutely great!! He removed my wisdom teeth and I was really nervous about it. Eric was assisting him in the procedure and they made me feel comfortable and calmed my nerves. When I woke up from the procedure, Eric made sure I was taken care of and was very informative about post op instructions. Dr. Machado is a very attentive to his patients and you can tell that he and his staff really care about the patients!

I saw Dr. Lester Machado during consultation for my wisdom teeth, he laid out my options and explained the plan. They even showed me a video to fully understand how it works. Dr. Machado and his staff also gave me pre-op instructions on how to prepare myself prior to my surgery date and post-op instructions to ensure a smooth healing process. I can't remember any pain at all even after the anesthesia worn out, I just have devoted a little time to take it easy and mostly stayed in bed. I also received a call from his office the following day to make sure I'm fine. Over all experience was great considering this was my first surgery. Dr. Lester Machado and his team are highly recommended.

Dr. Machado's office has amazing staff and excellent service. I had all 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed and was in no pain the days following the extraction. His staff is extremely professional and helpful answering any questions you may have. The receptionist is amazing and it was so easy to make an appointment that worked around my crazy schedule with her help. Everything about this place is above and beyond exceptional! Everyone seems to have a horror story when it comes to getting their wisdom teeth removed but lucky me, I had an easy & smooth procedure with Dr. Machado & his staff. I, like everyone else, went into the procedure scared, thinking it was going to hurt but Eric (who assisted Dr. Machado) helped me stay calm & reassured me everything was going to be okay! I had no bruises on my face & my swelling went down after two days!

I couldn't be happier with the quality of care received in Dr. Machado's office. The staff are incredibly courtesy and informative, as is Machado himself. I had all four wisdom teeth removed and, thanks to their skill and clear instruction, the process was extremely smooth. The procedure itself was stressful and seamless. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed here and truly had a marvelous experience! The staff is extremely professional, kind, and welcoming. During the initial consultation, they were open and honest in thoroughly answering my questions and addressing my concerns about the surgery. On the day of the surgery, they talked me through the entire process, helping to make sure that I felt calm and informed. I was able to work again 3 days after the surgery and had no complications. It has been about two week since and my mouth feels perfectly normal. 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend to everyone!!!
