Their cancelation policy is ridiculous. I had to cancel my daughter’s appointment due to her being sick with a fever and cough. Gave them more than 24 hour notice and was told I would be charged $100 dollar fee because 3 times in the SIX YEARS we have been coming here we’ve had to reschedule. There is no way to predict an illness that far in advance so the 48 hour policy excluding weekends is absurd. There should not be a fee to cancel when the child is sick! We canceled instead of spreading a virus to your office staff.

My kids have been coming here for a few years and love it. All of the staff have been kind, friendly and helpful. They helped a lot with the anxiety that my daughter had. Sofiya at the front desk is very nice and was very helpful with all of our appoints. Dr. Rosy is great at explaining everything and helping teach the kids.

We had a great experience at Make a Smile and will continue to go back. I felt far behind since I was taking in our daughter for her first dental appointment at age 4. The staff made me feel very comfortable and I was amazed at how much my daughter liked it there. Positive experience overall.

I took my grandson for his appointment and was impressed by the assistant that cleaned his teeth. She was very patient and gentle. I must admit he was not the best patient and had a bad experience with his last dentist. I was pleasantly surprised that Brenda was able to finish his cleaning without me sitting on him, which wouldn't have been pretty. The staff was very friendly and kind. But Brenda was a real ROCKSTAR!!!

We love Make a Smile, I use them for all 3 of my kids. They are so friendly and helpful. My kids are fearful of the dentist, but actually like coming here. We are always treated very well at Make A Smile. Vicky is the absolute best!!! I would highly recommend this dental office. All of the staff are very friendly.

My 9 year old daughter has visited the Lincoln Office twice now. Both times the front staff has been extremely nice and helpful. The dentist and her assistants are absolutely fabulous and truly make each child feel comfortable. My daughter does not generally like the dentist but our experience at Make a Smile has been great for her and me. Thanks to all the staff at Make a Smile Lincoln.

This place is great! Very clean and well managed office. Took my son for his first visit today. All the staff is very kind and great with kids!! Dr. Martha is wonderful! Toys and movies to keep kids busy. I will definitely be referring to them!

Dr Rosie has seen my daughter for over a year and it's been a great experience. Our previous dr did not seem to have the patience or temperament for a child's first visit. Thank you for making her comfortable and having a great vibe at your office.
