Mann Family Dental

Mann Family Dental is really a warm and kid friendly space. We enjoy all the dentists and hygienist. I've taken my 3 kids every 6months since my oldest daughter (7) grew her first tooth. My kids love going, and have even mentioned that they want to be dentists when they grow up following their appointments.

We had a similar experience as another reviewer. My wife and I both started with Dr. Mann and were diagnosed with Periodontal Disease, and we had deep cleanings and visits every three months. What should have been communicated to us was that once we had these diagnoses, we would be charged extra for every visit after that for Periodontal maintenance for life. This was fine while the insurance was paying for it, but the out-of-pocket expense was unmanageable after our insurance was changed. Our issue was that the cleanings were the same as routine cleanings, but we were being charged more because of the previous diagnoses. This situation forced us to shop for a new dentist who would charge us for routine cleanings that our insurance would cover. Dr. Mann is a likable person, and we were always treated well by the staff. Our only complaint is that it was not communicated to us before treatment and cost us $600.00 out of pocket for one visit.

I highly recommend this dental office. Dr. Mann is great and I appreciate how he interacts with his staff. The office is beautiful and state of the art. My hygienist was very informative and super Nice. If you want a quality office that will take care of you and your family.. this is the place

The worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. This office made me a set of dentures that did not fit my mouth & we're the worst workmanship I've ever seen! I refused to take possession of the dentures yet Dr Mann charged my insurance company for the top plate causing me to not be able to get another set of dentures because of the time limit waiting period to purchase another set. I found that rather cruel!

Ive had a great experience with Mann Family Dental. Ive been coming to Dr. Mann for a few years and am always thoroughly impressed with the service and personalized care.

I have never had to pay so much out of pocket and this office does not communicate. They wanted to do a deep cleaning on my lower teeth, but the hygienist scheduled me for both top and bottom (again dentist only eanted bottom) and they never talked to me about insurance and how this deep cleaning usually isn't covered so I paid 500 out of pocket. Then they placed me on a different higher lever 6 month cleaning....and never told me about this and it was the same darn thing as the regular cleanings, but guess what they could charge more. Such a joke, I will be leaving this office.

Horrible staff. After being a patient of Dr Mann for over a year and having received several dental procedures I received a call one afternoon, exactly one day prior to my second cleaning appointment. Only to tell me they were cancelling my treatment plan due to one of his “hygienist” blatantly lying and allegeding that I had been rude to her. (The one with dark hair, chubby set) This all was based on the simple fact, that upon receiving 2 injections on my gums “by said hygienist” I complained the injections were not working properly. I explained the anesthetic was not working and that I was in pain at which point she proceeded to call Dr Mann who then ordered a different type of anesthetic which did work. Upon administration of the 2nd anesthetic injection the female hygienist decided to become argumentative on how both injections were “essentially the same” I argued because the second shot did work. Horrible degrading and humiliating experience. Dr Mann could not care to listen to my version of the facts. I am highly disappointed. Will never come back here AGAIN. Please do not come here for your dental work. Shame on this practice. ?

Normally, I never do these but I feel like Mann Dentistry deserves this. Before I saw them today, it had been a long time since I had seen any dentist outside the military. And if you’re in or were in, you know how bad military dentists can be. So that being said I had a huge fear of them and actively avoided them. But Mann Dentistry really changed that for me. For starters, they were so understanding of the above mentioned problem and helped me work through it. From the start, the assistants were professional and explained the entire process of what my appointment would look like. Next, Dr. Wolf was amazing. Before she started anything she explained everything in basic terms and made me feel comfortable. Anytime I experienced any sort of pain, we stopped and took the time to make sure I didn’t feel anything. Even when another dentist was called over, they asked for consent before assisting Dr. Wolf. They have definitely helped me through my phobia and anxiety about the dentist. Also, they were able to help me with a payment plan, so I wasn’t worried about everything costing an arm and a leg. If I could give them a better rating I would. Because they deserve it.
