They rarely answer the phone during business hours, their voicemail is full so no one is able to leave a message. One of their nurses forgot to send LabCorp the proper test for my results, so I was unable to find out what treatment I needed or what I was sick with (they didn’t forget to bill me for the visit though!). This location needs a lot of work. I never got the help I needed to rectify an issue that they did during my appointment, nor get the proper treatment. Go somewhere else and save your money, health and time.

This clinic is WONDERFUL! The staff are super friendly and over the top helpful! I brought my daughter in for a sick visit and I was sick too. Caroline was able to see both of us so that I didn’t have to come back the next day and wait for treatment. They treat you AND will send you home with your prescribed medicine. Seriously! If all healthcare offices were run like this one, people wouldn’t dread going to the doctor!

I have never met a kinder nursing staff than the ones that work at Tower Place. They all know me now by my first name and greet me the second I walk in the door. They carry themselves as the professionals they are and they really care about me as a patient. I am not just a number that needs to be moved through the line and out the door as soon as possible. I have a great deal of respect for all those that have worked with me on my health issues and weight issues over the years. I have used this location for a least three years now and I have all of my health issues addressed here. I will continue to use this location until I move away from the Charlotte area.

Earlier this week, the clinic called and wanted me to drive in to North Carolina, (AGAIN) review my (two) blood test results. This is despite PREVIOUS reviews. I live dozens of miles away, in Lancaster, South Carolina. I asked for a 1:00 appointment, for this redundant review, as I had a 3 pm appointment, with another medical specialist, in, nearby, Ballantyne. Naturally, Our Health refused my, reasonable, 1:00 p.m. request (for this REDUNDANT review) and, pretty much demanded that I come in at 2 pm, while assuring me that I would be done at 2:30 pm.- in time to make my 3 pm appointment, in Ballantyne. Of course, the doctor didn't arrive in my examining room until, nearly, 2:20 and took arrogance to a new high, interrupting all of my questions while holding her palms up like she was talking to a child. She also ordered a THIRD blood test and refused to use the PREVIOUS TWO samples for a further review. (She said my red blood cell count was "a little high." She had no answer as to why this wasn't discussed in the PREVIOUS REVIEWS of my results. Cutting to the chase, by the time she stopped wasting time by interrupting me, and I gave another blood sample, I was late to my next appointment and Our Health has REFUSED to solve this issue!!! Our Health is another corporation that refuses to solve the problems that it causes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHAME ON OUR HEALTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
