Dr. Jarvis did a wonderful job on an infected wisdom tooth. His experience and expertise are much appreciated. As good as the dental staff is, I would be remiss if I did not mention the amazing front office staff. Nadia got me in same day filling a cancellation when I called with sudden severe pain. They worked with me to compete all the necessary paperwork prior to my appointment and were incredibly helpful obtaining my records from my normal dentist. I am very impressed with the office.

AMAZING!!! Everything about this place is wonderful. From the helpful and sweet office staff, to the clean and beautiful facilities, to the medical assistants (Liz is incredible!), to the best oral surgeon ever: Dr. Jarvis!!!! I have had 3 separate procedures done here, and every time they go above and beyond to make me feel super comfortable and taken care of. My recovery is always way easier than I anticipate, and that just shows how skilled Dr. Jarvis is! He is also so funny and interesting to talk to, and he and Liz and his other medical assistants are a joy to be around. Also, the procedures Dr. Jarvis has done for me has improved my health immensely! It has truly changed my life. I can’t say enough good things about this place, and I am so grateful I found them!

I give Marin Dental Wellness Center top rating and would recommend it to all my friends and family for comprehensive dental needs & care. Dr. Brian Smith is an excellent dentist and is always patient with explanations. He never rushes into treatment without providing a clear and easy to understand reasons of "why." Not only is Dr. Smith great, his practice is equipped with state-of-the art technologies. Everyone from his dental hygienist, to his dental assistants, to the front office, is professional and courteous. I am 100% satisfied! The only thing I wish for is my dental insurance would cover more of my expenses. But that is a whole other topic.

I'm a user of Myobrace appliances and contacted Marin Dental Wellness after moving to the Bay Area because the Myobrace website listed the practice as my nearest Myobrace practitioner.

I called to inquire whether I could obtain a replacement Myobrace from them; my current one is wearing out, and it functions as a nighttime bite guard for me that reduces daytime headaches. The receptionist told me she'd need to speak to the purchasing manager and she'd call me back. Several days went by without a return call, so I called back. I spoke to the same receptionist and she said she'd have to talk with a dentist and call me back. It has now been over a week since I made that call, and I still haven't heard back.

So, unfortunately, I am very frustrated with the level of service I have received. I hope this review will lead either to my getting the service I need or to the business removing itself from the Myobrace website.

I've never been to a dentist who was as personable and felt as genuine as Dr. Jarvis. He has a sweet sense of humor and communicated with me very well as to how the procedure was going to go and what to expect. I had a failed root canal removed which I imagined to be brutal, but he assured me it wasn't such a big deal. And in fact, as I am leaving his office right now, I feel little pain now as well as during the procedure. I truly felt like I was in good hands and it was actually a good experience once I let go of the fear. Would definitely recommend his work. Also, his office is so beautiful, with gorgeous plants and crystals and books inside. Looks more like a spa than a dental surgeon's office. They also have a little children's corner if kids have to wait with some fun toys and books. Thanks again Dr. Jarvis and team.

Hands down, the most wonderful experience I've ever had at a dental office. I was told by another oral surgeon that I would need all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Jarvis and his entire team took their time looking over my case and answering every question. I do not need my wisdom teeth removed after all. Finally, there's a team in the industry that does not over-treat, genuinely cares, and puts patients over profits. Highly recommend!

I was referred to this place for an implant because they are holistic. Implant process takes a while, multiple appointments, most places schedule these ahead. Well, no one scheduled my appointments ahead. Once a staff person called to ask me what one of my appointments was for most medical clinics take notes. They took out my tooth, no further appointments scheduled, and I had to really push to schedule subsequent appointments to get the implant actually put in. It took me MANY tries. It’s like they have never heard of scheduling ahead. Their doctors are always super booked and it’s really hard to get an appointment, you have to wait many months. I have a hole in my mouth, it’s not comfortable to eat, and the whole process of an implant will take a year. No one offered me a temporary crown. They don’t seem to care very much about my well-being. The dental hygienist had a very negative attitude too, so I went back to my previous one—she is super nice and professional. If I had known this was going to be an ordeal like this I would have gone somewhere else.
