Dr. Milstein and her staff are truly the best. The atmosphere of the office puts my kids at ease during their appointments. The orthodontist is extremely skilled and always takes the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan and answer any questions we may have. Dr Milstein and her staff are all absolutely amazing! Our son is at the end of his first stage of ortho work and Dr Milstein and Miss Ashley have been patient, always fully explain everything to him (and us), and have been supportive in every way. Miss Maggie was very thorough and helpful with the initial consult answering aaalllll of our son’s questions. The front desk ladies always have a smile on their faces and help us to work around everyone’s busy schedules. We’ve been to both the Granite Bay and Auburn locations and have had the exact same experiences and get to see the same familiar faces at both locations.
As soon as our son is done with his ortho work I’m next in line.
