My experience with Marie was amazing she made the whole process of looking for a storage unit so easy. Marie is very knowledgeable and works extremely fast. I am grateful to have found her and this storage facility. I know all my belongings are safe and I can access them at reasonable times. The price was extremely reasonable from all the other places I called. I highly recommended this facility if you’re looking for a storage unit. Thank you Marie you are the best. 😊😊😊

Marie is absolutely amazing ! She is so helpful and sweet. She helped me get a storage unit and rent a u haul. I came in with my 4 year old daughter and she was so nice and attentive with her. she even gave her tons of little toys to keep her busy. this establishment is great! thank you Marie !

We were moving and needed a storage locker last minute. The manager quickly helped us and even selected the right one because we were swamped. We rented a 10’ truck and a van during our move. Everything went smoothly with both rentals. Plenty of boxes and necessary packing supplies on site. The office is immaculate. The facilities are perfect and close to where we live. I felt welcome right away! Thank you!

Today December 6th,2024,I went and purchased a storage unit from Marie,She was so friendly and kind & made me feel right at home..She is the best!! And I'll be renting a long time...Thank you ..And by the way public storage ,you guys need to learn. From Marie instead of being Luke warm and not keeping your word ..Boo. Nancy is the best employee ever! I literally looked online for a week not knowing anything about storage units sizes prices locations etc but one call I made and Nancy took care of everything from explaining the sizes and price and payment options to making sure the movers would be well taken care of by the manager since I am paralyzed and recently fighting Cancer so this move is and was very overwhelming until Nancy made it so easy and smooth! Everything was done online but she stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the application process which took less than 5 minutes and now I’m set ! I’m stress free relaxed and ready for my move!

Marie works in the front office at the physical location. She has been so helpful and informative! We will always use Marina U Storage for any and all storage needs. I like the variety of storage unit sizes offered, the 24 hour monitoring and single level spaces. Moving in and out is a breeze!

Many of these reviews are fake (1 or 2 ratings overal) , it's the only way this overpriced business has so many positive reviews.

I was going to stay with this place even though next door is cheaper, so I asked to downgrade to a smaller storage unit, they told me that there is a $20 fee.

This is a business who charges a fee if you just want to change the size of your storage, that's robbery because it's 100% profit. It absolutely costs them nothing for YOU to move YOUR belongings to another storage unit.

I was also charged a sign up fee in the very beginning which is THREE TIMES more expensive than the storage next door and the next door gave me a free lock while this place sold me a generic lock for $25.

Marie is not a nice person, she was not truthful with me about insurance (it isn't required).
