Excellent staff, service, building- professional and courteous - even if you have dentist phobia- this practice is the best for kids and adults. Addie was awesome as well as Abbie, Ashley, Dr. Brandon and everyone!! I highly recommend Marks Family Dentistry.

Overall the prationers, front desk staff and hygienist were great. They were so sweet with my daughter and sent a cute letter to remind her brush her teeth.

However, they don't participate in any insurance networks. They only bill out for "potential" reimbursement by your insurance. Everything for everyone is out of network. Which means you pay everything up front and wait for a check (potentially) from your insurance.

I had to followup numerous times with issues on primary/secondary billing.

If you are on a budget and don't have time to be on the phone all day to resolve billing issues, would not reccomend.

Wonderful staff! New fancy equipment. Looked at my current meds and gave me some drops spray and mouthwash for dry mouth. I’ve been taking these same meds for years and never put the two together, nor had any other hygienist! A client forever!

Best dental practice we've been to. Hygienist was very gentle, and everyone was very knowledgeable. They pay attention to detail, and are on top of all situations that may be affecting you. My husband recently had a "watchman" device put in his heart and we didn't realize the dental work could compromise the healing. They were aware of this from his records and immediately put in a call to the cardiologist to make sure we could go ahead. Highly recommend this practice.

I love Dr. Norman Marks. He was my families dentist for 30 years. He’s not in my newest insurance network so I don’t get to see him anymore. However I am having a complicated (my opinion) procedure getting done that is not covered by insurance. I knew I wanted him and his expertise to do the procedure. Today was my consult. He and his staff treated me like I’d never left. I cannot say enough good things about them.

First time visit. Very pleasant experience. Brandon Marks gave me several options on my situation and explained process for each. Their technology is not to be beat. Highly recommend.
