I recently visited Media Dental Associates, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The office is clean, modern, and comfortable, making me feel at ease right away. Dr. Tran took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how her and her assistant Dayjanea made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
I also really appreciated her treatment coordinator who sits at the front desk, Mackenzie who went over all of my insurance and cost questions. I highly recommend Media Dental Associates to anyone looking for a professional and caring dental team. It's clear that patient care is their top priority!

I recently visited a new dental office in Media, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. Having been to many dental offices throughout my life, I have never encountered such exceptional hospitality and warmth. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed.

The staff's attention to detail was incredible. They even gave me a tour of their clean, organized, and well-equipped facility, which features multiple dentists and rooms. Their professionalism and friendliness completely changed my perception of visiting the dentist.

This dental office is cultivating a new culture in the industry, setting a high standard for care and hospitality. Thank you to everyone at the office—I will definitely be back!

I had my very first appointment yesterday and I must say, I’m blown away! First, I was greeted with a personalized sign at the front desk. What a cute gesture! Then, I had the best cleaning ever with Kelley. Kelley was so gentle when it came to taking X-rays, photos, and a full scan of my mouth. She listened to all of my concerns and made an effort to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Then I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Clemens. What a great doctor he is! He did a very thorough oral cancer screening on me, something you don’t get at every office! He then took the time to do a thorough exam on my teeth and explained all of his findings. I left with 0 questions. As an added bonus, he’s a STUD!! I would recommend this office to anyone! The atmosphere was fantastic. The technology is out of this world. Overall, 10/10 experience

I usually get very anxious when it's time to visit the dentist but Dr. Tran did an AMAZING job making me feel comfortable and anxiety-free. I first made an appointment for a cleaning and check up. Once Dr. Tran showed me the x-rays, we found not one, but two cavities! I started to panic and she immediately gave me her expertise and my best option to fill it. The whole process was smooth and the results were extremely satisfying. I highly recommend Dr. Tran from Media Dental Associates for your dental care! The front desk and the staff are extremely polite, friendly, and caring. Thank you Dr. Tran, Mackenzie, and Dayjanea for caring and treating me like family.

Dr. Clemens, Jenny K, and Jonathan were absolutely amazing! Getting my teeth cleaned at this practice reminded me that there are levels to customer service, and this place is at the very top. I’ve never—never—been excited for a dental cleaning, but I genuinely can’t wait for my next one. That’s how great this place is! I called to start treatment and as an anxious patient, I am beyond impressed. Mackenzie, who helped with scheduling and insurance, was both professional and knowledgeable. My First Dental appointment in a long time. Was recommended to them by my sister. My experience has been great and easy. Dr. Watson and his team are great and friendly and did a great job.
