This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had in my life. The entire staff is so knowledgeable, and Dr. R. Castellini is amazing. I felt heard and educated in a way no other dentist has ever made me feel. Not only that, but I felt he was very honest about my previous dental work and informed me about other holistic ways to take care of my teeth. I will forever be a patient, and I will be forever grateful.

I have been here 3 times for different procedures involving amalgam removal done the safe way. I cannot say enough positive things about this dental practice. Even down to the way that he administers a shot of numbing is just more gentle and considerate than any other dentist I have ever experienced. He is so kind and compassionate. I love that his mindset is on a holistic level as well. All in all I highly recommend this office and I come here even though they do not except my insurance and I pay out-of-pocket. I would rather pay a bit more for this doctor then go somewhere that accepts my insurance and receive lesser care . On this last visit they actually squeezed me in to take care of a separate issue that I went for. Honestly, that shows how much they actually care about the patient and not just turning us out as quickly as possible. Definitely go check them out! You will not regret it! I drive almost 1 hour to come to the dentist and I wouldn’t change that 👏👏👏👏

The smartest, nicest, caring, dentist I've ever met. The girls at the front desk and his assistant are as professional and patient and kind, as the Dentist is. Reasonably priced so far. I would highly recommend anyone who knows and understands the value of holistic dentistry to this office. I plan to bring my mother here next. I've had a root canal done on a front tooth and will likely be having it removed here and replaced. I saw photos of his fix on a chipped front tooth and his work is beautiful. You could not tell the damage that was there before.

I absolutely cannot recommend this Dentistry enough. I've been to many different types and styles of dental places over my life and Dr Castellini is hands down the best. He will absolutely make you feel safe and cared for during the entire procedure. Not only that but he is completely honest and authentic. He will tell you exactly what he can and cannot do, and if you trust his guidance he will get you back on the right path. If I ever moved out of FL I would probably have to fly back in just to continue working with this office. They are that good. Not only Dr Castellini but his entire staff and front desk are phenomenal. They are a full package of love and care and I am so grateful for the quality of life that they have provided for me. I wish I could give more stars!

Dr Castellini has wonderful hands I had to get a cavity removed and tooth filled and I felt no pain. He made my experience amazing and made me feel comfortable because he actually cares about how you feel which means a lot. I recommend him 1000% he knows what you need and what’s best for you like I said because he cares about you. 10/10 you will never regret it!

The entire experience at this dental office was excellent. Dr Castellini is an amazing dentist, from explaining treatment options, to make you feel at ease, to performing the procedure with no pain. As many people, I m terrified of dentists, the sound of the drill, the thought of getting anesthesia and still feeling pain is nerve wracking. I had two very bad cavities filled by Dr Castellini and didn’t feel a thing. The staff is very professional and caring as well. He uses the best non toxic products and believes in real dentistry. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone who wants an all around expert dentist with a calming demeanor and hands of an angel.

I was seen by Dr. Castellini on 2 occasions. Once for what I believed to be a serious concern within my mouth and a second time to remove my mercury fillings.

I’ve never been to a dentist who cares as much as Dr Castellini. On both occasions he gave me 100% of his attention. Adressed all of my concerns and suggested treatment options. After which, he took me into his office and patiently answered all my questions relating to my health concerns.

He made great recommendations which I’ve taken to heart and has given me a new direction with my oral healthcare that fits with my lifestyle and beliefs.

I found him to be caring, kind, patient, well informed and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing as he worked and the end result exceeded my expectations.

I would highly recommend Medplex Dental and Dr Castellini to anyone looking for expert care. He is our family’s new Dentist for life!

I went in to get my mercury (Amalgam) fillings removed. I'm so grateful I went to Medplex! I had a great experience. I was so nervous -- I don't know anyone that is excited to go to the dentist.
