People there are really nice, nothing wrong with the building or cleanliness. However, they rush a lot through each appointment. I understand there’s a lot of people to see but I don’t think the staff or Dr. Dempsey spends the time needed to understand exactly what YOU want as a client. I came here for Invisalign and told them what I wanted to change about my smile through my course of treatment and when I was unhappy with my results and told them nothing was done in my next app.

I highly recommend Dr. Dempsey to anyone she is friendly and cares about her patients she does her best to make sure you are satisfied with your treatment. I recently had to go in for a new retainer and didn’t mind driving from Irvine to her office in just a few weeks my retainers were ready Dr. Dempsey made some adjustments and made sure they fit properly couldn’t be happier! 😊
