Had such a great experience with Dr. Walter’s and April. First of all I called same day with an emergency and they took me right in. I am a nervous Nelly when it comes to the dentist and they made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. I was able to ask all my questions and take the time I needed to have a quick snack before my procedure. It was a rough day due to a death in the family and April was so sweet and accommodating. I didn’t even realize she was in the room when I was crying and she gently handed a tissue over my shoulder without prompting and didn’t make me feel awkward for crying. She is truly a sweetheart and her gentleness in that moment was so comforting.

I took my daughter this morning, 4 hours didn't feel like 4 hours. The price was reasonable, the dental techs and Dentists were very engaging and and answered all my questions. I'm definitely switching to this place.

Also, very nice office, they had music going they were upbeat... cuz frankly going to the dentist sucks.

Menifee lake dental group has a great and friendly staff. I recently cracked my crown and was able to get an appointment with in a week. Dr. Poulson made the procedure quick and painless. The benefits coordinator, Yuri, was very friendly and kind. She explained my procedure to me and did her best when it came to making a payment plan for me. I greatly appreciate that! Lauren, one of the assistants did really good with my x-rays being gentle and quick. All around, it’s a friendly and down to earth environment. I recommend Menifee Lake dental group.

This an amazing facility. You can always tell how the dentist or doctors are going to be by how you were greeted at the front office. Everyone, from beginning to end of the staff, were so friendly and helpful. The receptionist, hygienist, and dentist were also friendly. I got everything done that I needed to without question. They didn’t make me feel rushed and answered every question I had. Highly recommended!!

I moved to this area about a year ago and after first trying a couple of different dentist's office, that had very unfriendly staff, and dentists, I decided to give Menifee Lakes Dental Group a try. From the experience of making the appointment on the phone, to the moment I entered the doors for my new patient exam, to the exam itself and then to the checkout at the end, I can truly say that I'm very happy that I gave this place a try! Everyone from the front office staff to the back office staff and Dr. Poulsen, were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful in answering all of my questions. Everyone I encountered greeted me with a smile and introduced themselves, which I think is very important to do. The place is clean, well-maintained, and I was seen on time. I'm very pleased that I finally found a dentist, and staff, that I feel comfortable with. Finding a new dentist after moving to a new place can be stressful, but now I can stop searching and I look forward to building a relationship with this place for years to come! My visit with Dr.Poulsen at Menifee Lakes Dental Group was by far the best Dental Visit I have ever had! He was thorough in explaining what was going on with my gums and teeth. He even corrected my bite on the right side from a previous dentist! I can now chew on the right side! Staff was also courteous and nice! Thank you Dr. Poulsen 😊

I have never written a review on a business before. I feel like this experience with Menifee lakes dental group has changed that. The dentist and techs are very friendly and professional. After having my first visit we went over the options for my future care. I thought about it for a few days and called back to speak with Amy who goes over all of the treatment options and billing. She is their money maker. When I called, their employee told me that she would let me know I called and she will return my phone call. After a few days I didn't hear back so I called her again. She said that she never was told I called. I clearly told her on the phone I wanted to switch my procedure from the original decision so that there would be no confusion the day of my appointment. After my appointment I was told that in about 2 days they should receive the dental implant. With the new year holiday in the middle of the week I allowed a full week to go by with no phone call. I called to ask about this and was placed on a 16 minute hold. I explained to the lady why I was calling and she put me back on hold for another 14 minutes. When the hold hit 30 minutes it went to voicemail and hung up. I called back and the same lady picked up. I asked why she never came back to the phone and all she said was sorry. 30 minute holds are unacceptable in any field of work. When I went in to receive what I originally thought I paid for and I told them It was not. After talking to Amy again I asked to speak to a manager and that they would call me back. I gave them the opportunity for the manager to call me back. That never happened. I went in the next day to find out the manager had to leave that day to another office. Also, the manager was not in the office when I went the following day. After speaking with Amy nothing was resolved. I told her that there was a communication problem on there end after clearly stating what I wanted when I called her before my procedure. She went ahead to also tell me that the communication error was also on my end. I was told that they could refund me for the item I received and they would call me to come in for that. Tomorrow is a week with no phone call on my refund. No manager has reached out to speak with an upset patient. This is failed patient care. Like I stated the dentist and techs were great. But because of Amy and management I would never ever come back to this dentist.

Still have not heard back from this office about my refund almost 2 weeks later. They must just hope you go away.

The hygienist, Jasmine took care of deep cleaning of my teeth and my wife, Susan just recently… We’ve had multiple oral procedures in our lifetime- but Jasmine takes d cake as the best experience we’ve ever had in a dental clinic! She’s a real professional and consummate caregiver!! The Menifee Clinic can only succeed in satisfying customers when it has more Jasmines in its staff!!! Thank you Jasmine, from d bottom of our hearts…
