We decided to work with another orthodontist for my child after two appointments because we felt like cogs in a factory. Dr Quo and her staff are nice but we were disappointed in the lack of attention to basics like explaining what the treatment plan was, and what it would involve. Zero attempt was made to explain the process to my child. Zero attempt was made to explain costs or any options we might have (e.g. removable versus fixed remediation). I found out the frequency of follow up visits and need for a retainer because I googled the procedure after my consultation. Dr Quo also made her treatment decision without a full set of x-rays, which would be fine except the office asked for (expensive even for this area!) payment before that treatment goal was confirmed with x-rays. The x-rays, once we got them elsewhere, contradicted her decision. I assume we just got unlucky because they were rushed and very busy (Dr Quo was a half hour late for our consult appointment). Still, it didn't fill me with confidence and we left. We are very happy with our switch.

Dr. Quo is the best! She knows her stuff and has a very calming demeanor that is quite comforting. The staff is very friendly as well.

Dr Do is incredible. I was terrified of root canal, and looking for a good place to take care of the mess another dentist made (that caused the root canal). I was referred to Dr Do and he did not disappoint. I was literally crying, afraid of feeling any pain, and he was extremely patient, walked me through the process and I didn’t feel any pain at all.
I hope I never to see him again haha as I don’t want to have another root canal, but Dr Do was incredible, human and very empathetic. The clinic is pricey, but it worth the investment.

My experience with having braces has been great, I am walked through all of the steps to take to take care of my teeth and there is no issue when it comes to changing up my braces.

Amazing experience with Dr. Quo and her staff! From my first appointment to the ongoing care after getting my braces off, their service has been superb. As an adult this was my second time having braces (first time as a teen was w/another orthodontist) the care I received was personalized and thoughtful. They take a lot of pride in their work from the lovely receptionists to Dr.Quo’s asisstants’ who are highly skilled. They listened closely to my concerns and did an excellent job explaining each phase and what I needed to do in order to align my teeth correctly without delay. I followed their instructions to the tee and I was able to finish my treatment months before my end date! I trusted Dr.Quo with my treatment plan and loved how my teeth aligned and my new smile! I can’t recommend them enough to children and/or adults… Dr. Quo is the way to go!
