My doctor was out sick on 2/11, but the office called to notify me right away and was able to help me re-book for another day/time that worked. Daniel was very kind and helpful. Nicole helped me feel at ease. Dr. Elmissir helped me understand how to better improve my oral health. Scalla was so meticulous with my cleaning! When scanning for new clear retainers, assistant Kim was a great teacher to Annie. Looking forward to future visits.

Avoid this place—it’s a complete waste of time. I had an awful experience. I scheduled an appointment for 2/11 at 9:30 AM, only to receive a voicemail at 9:10 AM saying the dentist had an “emergency” and my appointment was canceled. When I called the office, the front desk staff (Michael or Mike) told me the dentist was actually in an administrative meeting. If that was the case, why didn’t they notify me earlier? He had no response.
I asked to reschedule, and after checking the schedule, he said there were no openings this month but promised to speak with the office manager and call me back. Unsurprisingly, that call never came. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I will never return.

If you're looking for an honest dentist, this place is NOT it.
I went in for a partial exam for an emergency tooth extraction that should only cost $25 through my insurance. However, for such a low cost this is not something worth their time, people no longer become doctors to help people but instead to take advantage and basically rob you. They told me it was an additional 1k for a bone graft and membrane, which I did not need. My friend works for an Oral Surgeon so he's been helping me navigate this crazy world of thieves. I pushed back and they said okay you DON'T need it, but you need these other two teeth (a wisdom tooth and an extra baby tooth) pulled and now you need general anesthesia. I am incredibly freaked out by being put under AND I did not need this. I did research and consulted with my good friend. I also had my bottom wisdom tooth extracted in high school that were under the gums and they did this successfully with local anesthesia only. Basically, they wanted more money and weren't happy that I was on to them, and instead of $1,025 for one tooth I got it down to $25. I had to cancel the appointment and now I am still suffering from a painful tooth ache. The front staff were lovely and very nice, but the dentists are straight-up crooks. It's so sad that dentists are so money-hungry and have lost sight of being someone who is here to help people be healthy and happy.

Dr Elmissir and John are both great. They are both very friendly, very good at explaining the importance of each procedure and Dr Elmissir is very focused on prevention of any future dental issues. The staff in the office are all friendly and professional. I have seen a couple of the dentists in this office in the past and everyone has always been awesome here. I highly recommend this office.

Great experience at this office! The staff is friendly and efficient. Jahtoo and Dr. Halliday were great! They were very helpful on breaking down what’s covered by my insurance and helping with a payment plan to cover the rest! For anyone trying to improve their oral hygiene I would definitely recommend.

I appreciate the professional office staff in Mission Hills Dental group location. Dain G. always greets patients with a smile and offers assistance. Today he was able to make sure I was not overcharged by double checking my dental insurance information. He also followed up on the refund and called me to notify of the outcome. Such customer service surely helps to keep financial side of the business in order.
