This is the best adult dentist I’ve ever met in California. He took out my wisdom tooth for 1 min I didn’t even realize it. I was so scared cause heard from friends that it is so dangerous and painful but it took him no more than 5 min, so fast and 0 pain. Didn’t offer any extra unnecessary procedures, explained every step so clearly, was very patient with me, his professionalism made me calm down, 100% recommend!!!

I recently had a disheartening experience with a front desk call representative at MMSI. After failing to receive a requested document from a previous visit, I called for a follow-up, only to be met with severe rudeness and unprofessionalism. The representative, who refused to disclose her name, continuously interrupted and spoke over me, even as I attempted to correct an error in my email address. When asked to speak with a manager, she claimed to be in that position, leaving me astounded and concerned about the company's customer service standards. This experience has led me to decide not to return for services, as it's clear that the current state of customer care is severely lacking. I hope this feedback prompts MMSI to reconsider its training and selection for front-line customer service staff.

We were looking for dental clinic and found professional, experience doctor with kind heart and bright mind. He is greeting yourself personally, usually assisting to answer the phone calls and do the best to help you and solve your teeth problem. We do appreciate that we have found such clinic and they are able to accept Midi-Cal insurance.

Wow I can’t express enough about how RUDE and unprofessional this office was. The secretary Rosemary was by far the worst of all. First she told me on a Friday to come in that next Saturday morning when the office wasn’t even opened on Saturdays and then when we spoke on the following Monday she freakin denied telling me that lol had no humility she couldn’t even admit she messed up showing good customer service and then She kept rushing me and cutting me off when I was speaking and tried to make me feel like I was dumb for explaining something about medications I can’t take and then had the nerve to curse at me. I warn you guys do not go here!!!!!

He was doing service for my 89 year old mom. His rude unprofessional behavior brought her almost to a heart attack. Partial denture he did for her - she cannot use, he fail to fix anything and send her a letter than she need to go to another dentist and of course, without an offer to return the money Is a result a 89 years woman can't eat properly for 2 months. Think twice ...
