I had a great experience as a new patient at Moment of Tooth Dentistry. The staff were all engaging and pleasant to talk to. The hygienist was gentle and very nice. Dr Cody Caffall was friendly, straight forward and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. His introductory price brought me in the door, but the Dr. and his staff were why I am going to go there to have my restorative dental work done. I highly recommend them.

When i learned he opened his own office I took advantage of the new patient package and haven’t looked back. Had my very first root canal today and it went extremely well. The staff are super helpful and transparent when it comes to the billing process. His assistants are also friendly and went the extra mile to make me feel at ease in the chair.

Their new patient program is incredible! The entire dental team was fast, friendly, and professional. Without insurance getting dental care has been incredibly difficult so I have so many thanks to everyone at moment of tooth for such an affordable program.

Dr Cody & Staff are nice, however if you’re unable to pay the full amount of service your made to feel as though you aren’t credit worthy to make payments. I understand it’s a new office & haven’t established a financial rapport with their clients yet. I made it very clear during my initial visit that I did not have the funds to pay upfront but would make payments. I was assured it would not be a problem however, the day that I went in to start my treatment plan, I was expected to pay $1100 upfront, the staff went to the back, had a meeting, then came out and began stating how they needed to make sure they had my Social Security number and a debit card on file. They accept care credit but my card wouldn’t work. I called my credit card co & was told my card was active & funds available. The office staff was supposed to obtain some # or access a website then call me back so I could try to pay again & schedule a new appt. Instead I was called & asked if I figured things out w/ my card. I was looking for a local dentist so I wouldn’t have to drive to Phx to see my normal dentist but it didn’t work out. I ended up making an appointment w/ Dr Tim & paying almost half of what I was being charged at MOT Dentistry for my 1st visit. Be patient, they’re still very new & getting acclimated on how things are run in office. But if your looking for a good dentist at half the cost i recommend Healthy Smiles in Ahwatukee, Dr Tim is amazing.

Everything was great! All staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Very welcoming office, everything was clean and organized. Excellent cleaning and dentistry care. I'm grateful to be one of their new patients. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely loved it here ! Everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in . They make you feel right at home. Great conversations with the staff. It’s so hard to find a good dentist. But I’m so happy I finally found one . Definitely recommend and will be a returning patient.

I had a very positive experience there, and he was very honest with the procedures that will be done and very helpful and payment plans to get them done. I would recommend anyone to come to him. He can even do lot of procedures in the office instead of having to be sent to specialist in Tucson or Phoenix.
