We are satisfied with our annual check-ups & consultations, no matter how long were the waiting times for the doctor to see us, we do understand that we have to wait. I just wish that there are cameras installed in the front parking lot of the building because I was there to pay my bill & just spoke to the nurse for less than 5 minutes and when we got back to our car, somebody just hit my car & left without a trace because when I asked the front desk if they can check the cameras she said there are no cameras in the front. Even if I do have my car insurance I still have to pay the co-pay which could have been paid by somebody who did it. Anyways, I just hope that the management would do something because even our own place has 5 cameras outside & I think you need to install some outside of your clinic too, especially nowadays. I was told that the manager might be able to help me but I haven't received any calls yet. I hope that won't happen again to any patients in your clinic.

They just sent me a bill which was supposed to be done 2 years ago saying that my insurance didn’t pay it. ? Our address was updated when we left Arkansas 2 years ago but they said it was just updated a year ago.. (No issue about the doctor because he’s great.)

Made it clear from the start that we were there for a tetanus shot. That’s what we made the appointment for over the phone, it’s what we told the lady at the front desk, and it is what we told the nurse. We needed a tetanus shot. Two hours and $110 dollars later we are told they do not do tetanus shots. What an absolute joke of a clinic.

This review is not about the doctors in the clinic, but what you have to go through to check in. There are times you have to wait at the front door, because you cannot get in due to the line in front of the door waiting to check in. The wait to check in takes long time and is way to crowded. It is not setup to handle the patients of all the doctors in the clinic. The billing department will not give you refund that is due you if you were made to pay upfront out of pocket and also charged your insurance company. It's been 3 months and I'm still waiting. The billing department manager will not return my calls. Billing department is fast at taking your money, but very slow at giving back what you are owed or will not give back what you are owed.

It seems everyone wants to post negative reviews because they had to wait or (gasp!)were charged for what insurance didn't pay! Welcome to the 21st century. It is what it is. There are very few Dr's in the area and this clinic has some of the best in the area. While granted, they are going through some issues while trying to remodel to better serve everyone, this is the norm in most of the U.S.

Gone are the days of " good old doc so-and-so" with the one nurse and 6 patients per day maximum, that had a shot or prescription ready for your ills 5 minutes before you got there.

This place is awesome! Need an xray? No problem! Need blood drawn? Wait here a moment... In many larger towns or cities a 3-5 hour wait is the standard and anything where an xray or blood draw is needed you will be scheduled to go to a specialist or local hospital. At least the staff here still tries.

The ONLY thing I can ding them on is the parking, and that should soon be remedied as they are pouring new slabs for more parking now.

Wait for handicapped patients in wheelchair much too long. It's 12:30 appointment to see doctor at 3pm. They do not have a low examination table or a hoyer lift system to examine or evaluate problem areas.

Wait times are a bit much, but Dr. Nicholson ALWAYS works you in and takes the time to make sure you as a patient and a person are healing as well as possible. Do I wish getting into see her was a bit more streamlined? Sure, but her kindness more than makes up for the wait.

I would like to thank Dr. Carmichael. For taking the time, to listen to me, an actually finding out what was wrong with me finger. I was told by one doctor that I just had a staff infection on my finger, but didn't do any x-rays, no ultra sound, no procedures at all. Just looked at it from a distance an said it was staff infection, so I got a second opinion, today, and Mr. Carmichael did all the procedures he had to, to find out why I was in pain, an found out that my figure at the joint was broken. So thank you Dr. Carmichael. I also like the fact that he listened, and he goes over an beyond to find out exactly what is wrong and will figure out now matter the measure how to fix it. Thank Dr. Carmichael
