The staff is really nice, but the lady Doctor there is terrible! She was rude, didn't even ask if she could help with anything else. I needed to be been for more than one thing and she refused to help me with more than one. She told the nurse I had to make an appointment to go back (0_o) ? Like really who has time to go to the doctors for every single thing I need to get checked on. I don't recommend it at all.

I came on March 8 for my daughters I had made an appointment for both them to be seen at 1:30 the whole time they only check one in even though I had turn in paper work for both. they did X-rays on my oldest and then I asked aren’t you going to do X-rays on the little one (4 year old ) then she said (the tech) that she didn’t know she was being seen as well and I soon as they were done with my oldest they would check my little one . So I was here for almost 4 hours . I got here at 12:45 and out by almost 4 pm . I was very upset that they only do X-rays and consultation and you have to come back for the cleaning .So I’m here back again on a Saturday March 17 which I had my appointment at 2:30 it’s now 3:38 .I don’t know what’s the whole point of having appointments if you have to wait almost the whole day to be seen . I’m just going to ask to transfer

I used to come here until I got insurance from my workplace. I used to have terrible tooth pain. On my first visit, I asked the dentist (Asian male) if he could prescribe something for the pain since that first visit was only for x rays. He said I was exhibit "drug seeking behavior"so no. That made feel pretty terrible about myself on top of having excruciating tooth pain. On my next visit the dentist (Asian female) said she understood why I was in excruciating pain, since basically there almost nothing left between the surface and the nerve in one of my molars. I would need a root canal. Going forward I insisted on my appointments being with anyone but the first dentist. I considered making a complaint against him with the proper dentist association but I just dropped it. Never forgot the pain and humiliation he caused me Though

Horrible customer service I waited on the phone over 30 mins just to make an appointment... imagine if they are that slow on the phone I don't want to know how slow they are at the actual dr office... for sure I won't be taking my kid there ...

very bad performance, the office if friendly and the nurses but poor service take my girl and on a date they took x-rays there gave me another for cleaning and then a third appointment to put the cellantes and home appointment wait two hours that is crazy, and in the new place that takes everything they did in the same appointment, ovio qu to this place and I do not return ...

If I could give no stars I would Sat in the waiting room for over an hour came 10 minutes early to my appointment when I walked to the front desk women told me straight out that they forgot about me and when I went in the dental assistant was so rude and the staff don’t recommend coming to this establishment!
