After calling 5 or more Dental offices and having X rays done at 3 different locations for a dental implant to replace a crown that I knocked out for the fourth time in my life. All Dental groups except for Dr. Le Tran said they could not help me because of my extensive bone loss. My oral surgery went better than I ever expected considering my fear of dental surgery. My visit to Mountain View Dental Group was the most professional, courteous and kind dental experience that I've had. When I was 10 years old I knocked my front tooth out I'm now 52 years old and highly recommend Mountain View Dental Group. Thank you for all your help Dr. Le Tran.

I was assigned this office through my insurance. THE OFFICE WAS DISGUSTING AND DIRTY, SPIDERWEBS, DUST BUNNIES, HOARDER STYLE MOUNDS OF MAIL AND MAGAZINES ALL OVER! I had a crack tooth and was in a lot of pain and had reach out out to a few dentist that offered emergency services since it happen over the weekend, Dr. LeTran reached out after I had already had two other appointments set up. I did go to Mountain View dental 1st and before checking me out she ran my insurance and got deductible prices over the phone when I asked her what she was told by my insurance and she said a couple of hundred dollars but she refused to tell me what the exact deductibles were. We continued to take x-rays, now I can compare to other offices she did a very incomplete job taking only one photo. LeTran immediately jumped to I need a dental implant not covered by insurance that would be 5k and required a two part surgery over the next 6 months. LeTran tried to rush a decision stating that specialist was there that day and we could run my credit and I could make payments over the next few YEARS!

I said I would get back to her. At that time mostly because the office was filthy and I would want to have surgery there. I went to to other dentist appointments that week BOTH said I needed a root canal and a crown covered within my insurance!! Not the implant that she was pushing!

I've already filed a complaint with insurance company and I will be going to the California Board of Dentistry to file a complaint as well! Unfortunate that the dentist in my neighborhood would be unsanitary and a crook!!

If I ever go back it will be to take pictures of the dirt, you better clean house Dr. LeTran!

A wonderful dentist. My family has used Mountain View Dental for many years. They are always helpful and polite. I have had an emergency tooth break and they were awesome. All my kids had there braces done with Mountain View Dental also

I have been a patient of Dr. Letran for 18 years. She is a very compassionate, loving and caring person. She has hosted several free dental community events, offering people who do not have access to dental services on a regular basis an opportunity to have their dental health diagnose with solution.
Her private patients are treated like family members who are treated to appreciation dinners , movies and bowling events. Gives away awesome prizes at this events.

HORRIBLE PLACE! I had braces here, they left my teeth crooked and said my teeth counted get any straighter. I needed an implant, said I was good to go. When I go to another dentist, they showed me an X-ray, the root was never moved. I had to get braces again, oh, and my teeth did become straight!
