My child was referred to come to Mountain View. Ever since the consultation it was very pleasant from beginning to end. My daughter is on day 1 of after care and she doesn’t need her pain medication my daughter said the doctor did amazing and the staff made her feel comfortable. Definitely recommend

Very satisfied. My daughter is so thankful at how caring and kind the staff was. She was very nervous going in and they were so understanding and made her as comfortable as possible. Most important though they do great work and are available to answer all questions.

Highway robbery. Dont come here they will over charge you. Got a referral from a place that already took my xrays and when i got to mountain view they charged me again for more xrays. The doctor himself does not see you nor analyze the xrays himself. He has receptionists do his work. Please reevaluate the black lady she kept busting jokes and was not sure whatsoever about what she was talking about. She kept saying umm its probably this and umm it might be that? Like what is going on in mountain view? Ended up quoting me $6k for an extraction. Didn’t do anything for the pain whatsoever. I went to another place and the other place correctly diagnosed what was wrong with me, cleaned me up, stopped the inflammation, and now the pain is gone without even needing an extraction. Had i gone with mountain view they wouldve left me toothless and with another charge of $8k for implants in the future. Not sure whats going on here at mountainview but the doctor there is trying to get rich off of one patient. Insane. The other dentist charged me $200 for cavities and cleaning around the inflamed area. Hope others read this review dont waste your time. Its a nice place but whats the point of state of the art equipment if you cant diagnose the problem correctly? Yikes.

I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THIS FACILITY. ESPECIALLY SHELLY. SO PATIENT AND HELPFUL. THE DOCTOR ALSO. I HAVE A 101 YEAR OLD MOTHER THATS THE PATIENT. OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WENT PERFECT AND I KNOW WHEN THIS IS COMPLETE WE WILL BE SATISFIED. THAT'S HOW COMFORTABLE I AM WITH THEM.

Great customer service, clean facilities. All staff were super helpful and answered all my questions. I got 2 wisdom teeth removed, and so far recovery has been going well, you must follow their pre-op and post-op instructions.
