A friend of mine had a terrible experience. I believe they should have been more careful during her tooth extraction. She complained of excruciating pain after her procedure and even 2 weeks after.

Paid in advance for several procedures, which I found out I didn’t need after a second opinion, immediately called to cancel my appointments and requested my money back since no services were rendered. Its been a TERRIBLE process and I don’t understand why!? I paid in advance for procedures, canceled NO SERVICES DONE so give the money back right?

Just to give you a timeline, I submitted for a refund in March 2024 through the office manager. Its been six months and I have heard nothing nor received any calls back.

Most of you who read this post, probably feel like I do; we avoid the dentists at all cost until we can’t. I don’t think there’s a worse pain than an infected tooth! But when it starts hurting at 4:30 and you’re calling around to try to find anyone to see you cuz you’re head is going to explode… ugh! But they did; the staff…in spite of the boat-load of paperwork was wonderful. Dr. Hattar & Vanessa stayed late to pull a very uncooperative tooth. My gratitude is in abundance…and, bonus, they were pretty nice and dare I say, empathetic humans?!? Will it change any of my oral-neglect?… not even the creator of the river Jordan can make that happen! (Ask Dr. Hattar ?) If your looking for a dentist, they’re definitely worth a visit.

Customer service second to none office staff amazing courteous always greeting you knowing who you are on a personal relationship the doctors knowledgeable and wanting to make your smile the best that it can be I recommend them to anybody who is trying to get that perfect smile and your confidence back and make sure you're ready cuz everybody's going to notice and the compliments are going to become flowing in I definitely recommend them
