Dr. Natalie Keener treated me fantastic. Outstanding personality. She is very professional and compassionate. I thought Dr. Keener was gentle and through with my mouth. She didn't even hurt me when she put shots in my mouth to numb it so l wouldn't feel any pain when she was working on my mouth.l loved how her staff explained every little thing that were going to do with me through my whole ordeal. Juliet Dental Studio, I had an instance with a dentist that tried pushing for a root canal & crown when it wasn't necessary. Majority of the corporate practices train their staff to push unwarranted treatment to drastically increase production. It's important to find a doctor that doesn't see people as a paycheck, but as hard working people in the Mt. Juliet community who just want healthy teeth. I had an appointment today for the first time in over a year or two. In the past I had been religious about going every 6 months to a year, so I was quite nervous what the report of my dental health would be.

First, the office is so adorable and has a very welcoming vibe as you enter. Sarah at the front desk is so kind and extremely informative! My entire team from the Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist and the Dentist I saw today, were beyond professional, kind and kept me at ease.

Secondly, I am very happy to report it was a good checkup with only 1 cavity! They were able to take care of my cleaning and filling all the same visit! 10/10 would recommend ?

We have had difficulty finding dentists who are upfront about insurance, pricing, and what our portion should be. I have been pleased with Mt. Juliet Dental Studio's transparency. My hygienist was wonderful, and all the ladies in the office have been great. I had some temp crowns, and they all made it a pleasant experience. The rest of my family will soon become patients as well. I highly recommend them!
