I have an overwhelming phobia of visiting the dentist, coupled with sensory issues from autism, it makes getting treatment very stressful at the best of times. I had to make an emergency appointment today, right from the first contact Alison on reception accommodated my unique needs and made it easy to overcome my first hurdle of actually making the appointment, the new practice felt very welcoming and made it easy to wait even though my anxiety was screaming internally ? Then I got greeted by Jo, who was super kind and friendly while escorting me to the treatment room, I think she could tell I was nervous and dealt with me so well. I was treated by Kasia and Jo who were just superb, very kind and gentle with me, didn’t judge me harshly on the state of my teeth, thoroughly explained my options and painlessly dealt with my issue. I was convinced I’d have to lose another tooth today but thanks to Kasia and Jo, it lives to bite another day ? I am so grateful for all at the practice for going the extra mile to accommodate someone like myself whose sensory and anxiety needs make visits stressful even when there’s no need for them to be, today it was a breeze!

Me and my family all use this dentist. Would highly recommend Jo. The head nurse. She’s always smiley, very welcoming, very helpfully and puts you at ease. She makes me love going to my dentist.

I am not a person who gives out compliments often but I want to offer a massive thank-you to dentist Eleni Vasilopoulou and her team for their skilled dentistry, care and compassion during my recent visit. Miss Vasilopoulou was an excellent caring communicator and meticulous throughout my treatment ensuring I was safe and pain free. I've been a patient for many years at the Aldwark practice, I'm very impressed with the new offices. Recent visit was as new patient of Anastasia who I have to say is absolutely lovely. I'm very nervous as I have very sensitive teeth, she totally put me at ease and was so gentle during my treatment. I'm actually not dreading my next appointment! I would highly recommend My Dentist and Anastasia.

First time visiting the new practice and kasia and Jo were brilliant! Really friendly and made me feel very welcome. Also great that they have pointed me in the right direction for future treatments so I don't waste money on ones that won't give me the best results!

I went into your practise last Thursday for some teeth extractions, including my lower right wisdom tooth. The experience from start to finish was nothing but spectacular. The friendly welcome to the reassuring dentist and nurse. My dentist was called Divyesh and he is a pleasure to your practise. He ran me through the procedure whilst making sure I understood the risks and made me at ease with this procedure as I was slightly nervous. After explaining everything to me he did the procedure and it wasn’t a straight forward job but he showed his expertise in doing an excellent job. After the procedure he explained the healing process and gave me advice and tips for the best recovery which has helped me greatly. A truly excellent experience. All my appointments were organised by Charlotte and was very easy and stress free as they were very flexible working around my busy schedule. Very helpful and took away any stress I had
