My son had such a good experience having his braces done here. Myser Orthodontics is the absolute best. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They are very helpful and make everything as easy and comfortable as possible.
We loved Dr Myser. He is knowledgeable and personable and you can see he cares about all of his patients

I had an incredibly positive experience with Dr. Myser and his amazing staff. After a disappointing experience at another office, I decided to switch my care to Dr. Myser—and I am so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the level of care and attention I received was above and beyond what I expected. Dr. Myser and staff made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and his expertise and kindness truly made a difference.

I knew I chose the right orthodontist as soon as I walked in for my daughters consult almost 2 years ago. The whole staff is amazing!!! They made us feel comfortable and answered all questions with patience! My daughter got her braces off yesterday and they are beautiful!! Definitely coming back to Myser Orthodontics for my sons treatments as well!

Dr. Myser and the whole staff were incredible. They answered all my questions (I had a lot and was more nervous than my son I think because I couldn’t stand the thought of a pallet spreader). They really set a tone of calm for me and excitement and positivity for my son. I could call anytime and they were always willing to help or get us in if needed. They worked with my son’s school schedule and also took into account social wellbeing for my son, which is huge. BIG shout out to Brittany and Raechel - we always always looked forward to seeing them during appointments and they really went above and beyond to make our visits so great. They also always helped me drive home the importance of taking care your teeth and following Dr. Myser’s treatment plan with my son in a firm but gentle (and non-shaming) way with my son and it really made a positive impact on him. I can’t recommend them enough if you or your children need braces!

Update - Received phone call from Dr. Myser himself that same Monday (7/15/2024) with an apology. However, the bite blocks from that Monday’s appointment installed by Myser’s assistant were not doing its job; the bite block on the right side was rubbing up against my daughter’s back gums when eating. Contacted Dr. Myser directly and received top notch service from the doctor himself. He saw us right away (after hours) and adjusted my daughter’s bite blocks himself. This on was the following Tuesday. Ever since then, my daughter has not had any issues. Dr. Myser also followed up the next day to ensure that my daughter was ok with the new adjustments. After a few rough starts, I am impressed by how Dr. Myser handled things. Ms. Llewellyn Cynth, who is in charge of public relations for Dr. Myser, also called me to ensure we were all squared away. Thank you all! We will stay with Dr. Myser to complete my daughter’s treatment.

(Original post/review):
Myser’s assistant completely forgot to put “bite blocks” after putting braces and expander on my daughter last Friday, 7/12/2924. Over the weekend my daughter complained that she couldn’t chew her food on her right side and nearly choked on a Lays potato chip due to being unable to completely chew the chip. Called the office Monday morning and asked for an appointment to have Myser (not an assistant) take a look. Came in and got another assistant who put in the bite blocks for my daughter and apologized for the oversight from last Friday. Myser was in the office but did not even come over to take a look. If Myser had taken the time out last Friday after the braces and expander were put in place then perhaps the oversight regarding the bite blocks could have been avoided and the near-choking incident could have been avoided as well. Very disappointing. I understand he’s super busy with all his patients but he really should be the final set of eyes to exam the patient before patient walks out the door. I appreciate the assistant Malaia apologizing but hopefully this negative review will provoke an apology coming from Myser himself.
