As someone with a fear of the dentist, this office put an end to all of my Dental anxiety. Dr.Hsin was pleasant and very well versed and explained all my treatment to my understanding. Lola her assistant was gentle and made X-rays a breeze. The office Manager Vanessa was able to walk me through my insurance and was able to get me started on my long term treatment plan. I will be recommending this office to all my family and friends.

Dr. Hsin and her assistant, Lola, are the best I have ever been to. They handle emergencies immediately and go above and beyond for their patients. When I needed emergency surgery with a bone graft, they took care of it themselves instead of referring me elsewhere. The procedure was seamless—I didn’t feel a thing and experienced only one day of pain. Every visit, they make me feel like their top priority, carefully considering every detail to ensure the best treatment plan. I can’t recommend Dr. Hsin and Lola enough—you won’t find better care anywhere else!

I cannot recommend this dental office highly enough. I took my daughter here, who is very scared of the dentist and the process. The hygienist, Jessica Ponce, was beyond amazing with her. She made her laugh and put her at ease before she started her treatment. She helped prepare my daughter for the dentist who was coming in next. The office staff was all around great. Their office was clean and very accommodating. I scheduled my daughter's 6 month check-up with Jessica- my daughter is looking forward to going back!

I wish to commend the team on their superior quality of work and thorough assessment of my particular needs. I was facing a possible surgery medically in regards to my heart. I needed a dental clearance and time was of the essence. The dentist, hygienist, and assistants each took the time and their skills to fulfill the requirements of the clearance. The Naglee Dental Group worked in a very professional
style and I received immediate attention which involved x-rays, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and a fitting for a new denture. I highly recommend anyone to choose this team to meet your dental needs. Dr. H did an amazing job in getting all my dental needs done in one day. I was under a lot of pressure to get my clearance done quickly since I had an appointment to see cardiologist specialists in SF. Jessica, the hygienist, was awesome. She was experienced and knowledgeable. Normally, I squirm when it comes to cleanings. However, Jessica made me feel relaxed and comfortable. It was obvious she knew her job and got things done efficiently. I trusted her expertise. I can’t praise this team enough. Thanks for taking such good care of me!

First of of all I’m one of those people that hates going to the dentist but that has all changed now that I had my teeth cleaned at Naglee Dental Group. The staff there are kind and knowledgeable, Vanessa the front office manager was super helpful with getting my insurance squared away and scheduling my next appointment. The dental assistant I had Juliana took my X-rays with precision and my hygienist Jessica Ponce clean my teeth and I felt no pain and left with a bright smile. If you are in need of a cleaning I highly recommend you request Jessica to be your hygienist. This was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office

I highly recommend this dental office. I'm super scared of the dentist and all of the staff were so nice and friendly which helped calm my nerves. My Hygienist, Jessica Ponce was hands down the best Hygienist I've ever had! She was attentive, gentle and very professional. I will definitely visit the Naglee Dental Group in the future for all of my dental needs!

Wow, I was blown away with their professionalism, courteous mannerisms and efficiency gained from implementing new technology tools. Dolores was extremely pleasant with my x-rays, Dr. Hsin was honest with her assessment I am, Vanessa was transparent with the financial side of the house. I’m very difficult to impress but their office hit it out of the park. Thank you.

BEST DENTIST VISIT EVER!
I was amazed how thorough Jessica and Dr Hsin were!
Jessica made me feel so comfortable, explained everything perfectly and my teeth feel AMAZING!
Dr. Hsin not only checked inside my mouth but made sure my jaw and neck were healthy as well!
I made my next appointment for 6 months although I'm sure I'll start going every 3 months because how happy I was with my experience ❤️🦷
