Thanks to Nalchajian orthodontics, I’m going to have a nicer smile and straighter teeth. I wasn’t good about wearing my retainers as a kid, and now as an adult, I need to correct my teeth’s alignment. I chose Nalchajian because of my kids’ great experience with them. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. Both doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments are easy to book and even urgent matters (like brackets that fell off or wires poking during braces) are handled punctually between their two offices. This is importantly especially for kids (to improve their compliance and reduce their whining). The offices are clean and most important to my kids, are stocked with ice cream to ease their anxiety. I highly recommend Nalchaljian’s for any orthodontic work needed.

This my son’s phase 2 treatment and my daughter’s first brace treatment. Dr. Nichole and Dr. Greg are wonderful. The assistants in the exam room are great.

But not so for the front desk staff. There used to great front staff, but I don’t see that this visit.

The front desk who scheduled our next appointment was just flat, no expression what so ever, very minimal communication, and not friendly. I tried to let her know what time and date would be better, and she didn’t understand. I tried to talk with her to get a different date and time, she still couldn’t understand. She gave me a new appointment time verbally, but I received a different appointment text message. Apparently she was not paying attention.

Nalchalchajian Orthodontics transformed our daughter's smile! They were always on time for appointments, great communicators with the procedures and the front/back office always professional. They also had a lot of fun contests for patients! We highly recommend them!
