Dr. Mendez, I have been your patient for many years. But the way I was treated today, it was a disgrace! Randy was extremely aggressive and very uncooperative. He even told me that didn’t have the time to service me because your XRAY technician took too long! I refuse to see him again after I have recommended your office to several friends.

I keep getting ripped off after work that was done by you and have to have it redone again. Not only the time, pain and suffering, and the double charge that I have to pay for two crowns that you did not put them properly.

After over 3 hours in your office Today, one of your staff came to me just before I had Randy treat me to sign for the service with an outrageous price that nothing was done and when I had to finally say it was too much, She went back to the front desk and came back to me to tell me it was a big mistake. After all, your office owes me over $70.00 from my last visit. Today my appointment was supposed to be at 3:30 and your office send me a message to be there by 2:00pm since there was time to be seen. office called me and told me that I can come in earlier. I arrived at 2:00 and sat in the lobby for ove 30 minutes.

Randy eventually agreed to see me after saw me on the phone speaking to someone. Randy asked me who I was talking to? I told him my wife that she was on the other line with the insurance company. That’s when he agreed to service me in a very unprofessional manner.

Went in as new patient for xray and cleaning. Which I thought was covered under insurance. They said I needed deep cleaning. had me sign a estimate. And would not do my regular cleaning. State they did not want to be liable for in 10 years if something happen to my teeth. I was Pressured ended up with Only upper teeth with a so called deep cleaning. And Paying $350.00. Beware of this office

I am very pleased with Naples Cosmetic Dentistry and all of their staff. They are very professional and know what they are doing. It is very difficult to have a good dental experience, especially with fillings and drilling. They have surpassed my expectations. Thank you Dr Mendez. I was extremely skeptical and they have proved themselves to be high standard in my books. I highly recommend them.

Today was my first visit. Lindsay was absolutely professional. Instructed me on things very well and also with a very kind heart .
Dr. Hardack Was very patient they both took the time to give me all of the information I needed. I am waiting to hear back from them for an appointment as I really am looking forward to going here from now on.

Awesome and professional staff. Dr. Mendez assistant is great. She takes her time to explain everything that will be done in my tooth that will be worked on by the dentist. Also the maintenance care needed after the procedure. Dr. Mendez is very knowledgeable and professional. I was very happy with the procedure that was done by him.

I've been a patient here for years. The staff is always so attentive and sweet. I have terrible anxiety when I get numbing done and the assistants are always so patient and make sure I am okay through it all. Absolutely love this place!

They are the Spirit Airlines of dentistry. Unfortunately it is a venture capital owned and employs dentists with no real ability to practice as they would prefer. The business manager prioritizes upcharging and maximizing insurance billing irregardless of patient care. I simply cannot trust them to do a competent job.
