We absolutely loved all the dentists we saw during our treatment. The issue is with their billing. We had to pay upfront for treatment and then they would file the claim through insurance and apply the refund for insurance’s portion to our account. We would then get a refund from NOI. Our treatment ended and I followed up about the refund because we never received any refund during our treatment. Anytime I would call/email they would say they’re looking into it. I spoke with our insurance and they said NOI did not file the claims in the appropriate timeframe so they were not going to cover treatment. I would need to work with NOI directly. Well, I’ve been trying to since October/November with no luck. I’m still going to try to get my refund but I hope this helps others in their business with NOI.

NOI Orthodontics has truly been a blessing to my family and I. Both of boys and I needed braces and NOI Orthodontic welcomed us and made the entire experience incredible. The monthly payments were affordable, they were patient, understanding, professional, and loving. My oldest son was able to get his braces off before his senior graduation and that truly made him and our family happy. They will always be family and have a place in our hearts.
