Dr. Behm and his wonderful team provide the most unique dental experience I have ever seen. He treats the whole person, body, mind, and spirit, and he integrates elements of many other disciplines into a more complete approach to your healthcare needs. I have been dealing with irregular heartbeats for over a year, and one month after Dr. Behm removed a large mercury amalgam filling those irregularities have completely disappeared. I am fully committed to the plan for removing all the rest of my old amalgam fillings and would not consider doing it with anybody other than Dr. Behm. He is a wonderfully caring and extremely competent professional and his team of assistants is second to none. Thanks to all of you from the bottom of my heart!

After becoming dissatisfied with my local traditional dentist, I searched for a holistic dentist and found Dr. Behm. The 58-mile trip I drive to his office is totally worth it. He and his staff have provided service beyond my expectations, and I never feel like “just another patient” there. His dental services take the health of the entire body into account, and he has taken much extra time to educate me about how oral health, or lack thereof, affects the entire body. His suggestions for dental services or products for maximizing health are backed by explanations of how they will be beneficial, as well as complications that may occur if the patient chooses to delay or refuse a procedure.
As an example, he recently suggested a crown for one of my teeth, and took extra time to bring up my x-rays and provide a detailed explanation of why I might want to consider a crown to prevent further damage to an already compromised tooth, rather than waiting for an emergency situation in which the tooth could become too damaged to save.
I highly recommend Dr. Behm for any dentistry, and especially if you are seeking a holistic dentist who can safely remove amalgam, who does not believe in fluoride, and who truly cares about each patient he sees.

Took my two year old here today for 2 molar cavities. I have called everywhere as I want the BEST care and treatment for my son. The staff was so so so great. He was nervous and so they had FOUR people trying their best to lighten his fears. Drilled and didn’t even need to numb first. Zero sedation. (HUGE PLUS FOR ME) He did amazing and they were so kind and patient and did their dental work quickly when he would open his mouth. Facility is Very clean, very professional,... I love their natural approach to dentistry. Will recommend to everyone. Dr. Carlson is so sweet and honest. Gorgeous office waiting room.

Super nice staff, very friendly and accommodating. I went in Tuesday because I suspected I had an infection from an old root canal. They gave me X-rays, confirmed it and were able to schedule the extraction for the next morning. The whole procedure was very easy and pleasant given the circumstances and they made me feel very comfortable the whole time. My daughter was with me both days and they went out of their way to make sure she was entertained and taken care of while I was getting worked on which was awesome. Went in today (1 week later) to get it checked and the healing is great. I definitely recommend Dr Behm to anyone looking for safe, natural dental work.

I saw Dr. Behm after years of dental issues and after being unsatisfied with other so-called "biological" dentists. Dr. Behm, however, quickly proved he was the real deal.

His exam was thorough, cutting-edge, offered preventative and holistic solutions. His staff is very courteous, knowledgeable and does everything with a smile and a true willingness to be helpful.

Dr. Behm has many years experience and it shows. His knowledge on dentistry is vast and he truly sees dental health as part of the health of the body as a whole. He does not look for quick fixes; he is not looking to unnecessarily perform oral surgery or make rash decisions.

Dr. Behm works with the patient to come up with the solution that will help the bottom-line of their total body health. He is focused on safe, non-toxic treatments and protocols that respond to an individual's body's needs through muscle testing and oral exams.

I had a mercury filling removed as well as a mercury speck removed. He has given me a crown as well as a micro02 mandibular device. All his work has been flawless. I go for regular cleanings and have not had any dental surprises since seeing Dr. Behm. He has given me endless advice, much of which has greatly improved my health overall, especially as a deal with mercury toxicity.

I had to go through SIX DENTISTS before I thankfully found Dr. Behm (who was lucky #7). I'm a Chiropractic Physician and I understand the relationship between a person's bite and jaw and how it affects the rest of the body. I also understand how the alignment of the pelvis, spine and human structure affect the bite and the jaw. And Dr. Behm is the only dentist I've ever met who understands these relationships too. What a relief that I found him because no other dentist in Florida had any idea what I was talking about.

The other dentists who didn't understand the relationship between the bite and jaw and the rest of the body had done some serious harm to me (including other "holistic" dentists). Dr. Behm not only had to deal with my initial issue but do cleanup on the mess they had made. And he did a stellar job every step of the way. For the first time in 2 years my mouth actually feels like it fits together properly.

Dr. Behm is patient, understanding and compassionate. He listens to your concerns. He was even willing to talk with other out-of-state professionals about my case and isn't arrogant as some might be inclined to be with his wealth of knowledge.

If you are looking for the one who is the really good dentist, the one who really knows what he's doing, then go to Dr. Behm. If you go anywhere else, caveat emptor!

Dr Behm and his team have been so helpful to me. I have several intense chronic health issues that I have been healing from, and when I learned about the dangers of amalgam fillings and root canals, I knew that I needed to have my teeth repaired.
