My kids have been coming to this office for about 2 1/2 years. Everyone we have ever had contact with is so kind and helpful! Whenever we have any questions we are greeted with respect and consideration. My kids are kind of clumsy so they have broken a bracket or 3 and reception is always accommodating & able to get us in quickly. We have nothing but praise for this office!

Very pleased with the services my family and I received from Nelson and Nelson Orthodontics on Tuesday. From the very kind lady answering the phone to the assistant and doctor in the back, they were all wonderful, helpful and accommodating. I was not able to be there for my son's consultation today, but I was able to face-time with the doctor during the entire appointment. They answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. Then they explained the future treatment plan and what to expect for future appointments. THANK YOU for your tremendous work and service that was provided! Highly recommend Nelson & Nelson for Ortho services!! Keep up the great work!

I deeply regret choosing Dr. Nelson Orthodontics in Fayetteville, NC. My experience with this office has been nothing short of a nightmare. The staff is blatantly unprofessional, rude, and completely lacking in kindness or basic customer service skills. From start to finish, I felt like I was just another number in their assembly line rather than a valued patient.

The final results of my treatment were absolutely unacceptable. My teeth were left in such poor condition that I had to start treatment all over again immediately after finishing here. It’s appalling that I spent so much time, money, and effort only to end up with trash results. This level of incompetence is beyond disappointing—it's infuriating.

I would never recommend Dr. Nelson Orthodontics to anyone. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money, and look elsewhere for a provider who actually cares about their patients and knows what they’re doing.

My daughter had a great experience getting her braces put on. Everyone was very pleasant, they were patient answering all my questions, and perhaps most importantly, they were not running way behind.

Very disappointed. I made an appt for my kid because her trays are loose and they gave me ,an appt for a friday at 12:30...just to to tell my daughter on the day of her appt that their lab closes at 1:00 and she had to re schedule...that is just plain wrong! The next week would not be much issue if it wasnt that my daughter is already in college and has to catch a train for 6 hrs [back and forth ] for this appt. You would think someone would have mentioned this to us when we scheduled the appt so we could pick a diff day or time but course not....they just dont care.

I had an appointment Sep 30 2024 at 2:00 pm. The person putting my spacers in was careless & rough with my mouth. When I told her she was stabbing my gums she kept trying making it hurt worse. Eventually she had to get another person over to put the spacer in and they did it no problems at all. So whoever that was beforehand needs more training or something because that’s unacceptable. I was not happy with a stabbed up gum.
