This is the worse place to go to for medical care and treatment. I have only been here since May and already have had 3 different PCM and they tried to switch me again for the 4th time. They do not answer the phone or call you back especially when it is urgent. They do not care about you needing medical attention that’s not urgent enough to go to the ER or let alone an appointment for a follow up after ER visit is impossible. I will say the only person I liked was Dr. Lara but she is leaving and I will be too because this practice is negligent to their patients and the care and needs of their patients. I filed a complaint about them and going to the medical board because they shouldn’t not be in business.
I am still waiting for a callback from a week ago and I’ve sent 2 secure messages with no response and tried to call them with no callbacks, no answers. Don’t waste your time waiting on the phone for 3-3.5 hours because guess what, the phone will just hang up.

This place deserves ZERO stars but Google MADE ME put 1.

Do NOT go here unless you want to be stressed and have an added headache.

I went to this place after a 2 week wait to see if i had CANCER or not. i checked in at the front with 2 women, she informed me that one of my insurances was not active.. she says there was an attempt to call me, i received no calls from them at any point.. and this this the day of my appointment. she said todays visit is 48 dollars or so, i said fine no problem. after i gave her my debit card she says "its actually gonna be $100 and because you denied using your insurance after i had just handed her my secondary insurance card. then she said "we don't take this insurance". I left work to check for CANCER because i was very scared and left with more anxiety then ever. these people don't care about you or I, just money. we're obviously just numbers to them. I cannot stress enough how much i DON'T recommend them at all. sure miss places that actually cared about human life, not just money. disregard the 1 star rating, google wouldn't let me post without giving 1 star. WORST PLACE EVER.

My 82 years old father finally got his appointment on December 9th with Dr. Leslie Lara, keep in mind that this doctor availability appointment was given in July, no availability sooner. After waiting for over 45 minutes, theDecember 9th appointment at 2:30pm got canceled because the doctor was to behind with other appointments. So you think they are going to reschedule for a close date since it was their fault to have miss the appointment, WRONG ?, they rescheduled my 82 years old father with enfisema, and cancer on February 21st over two months from the miss appointment and seven months from his last visit . ARE YOU F…..G KIDDING ME?
Avoid this place they don’t care at all.

Entirely too crowded. If you want to make an appointment, it will be a month or 2 away. The lab has been shut down for whatever reason so they send you to a different location. They ignore phone calls, don't return calls when you finally get through, and it's just a waste of time. Polite enough in person but if you're not ACTUALLY receiving care, what is the point? I've yet to be treated for one thing they've found, they just keep making new appointments for the same thing. CAN YOU FEEL MY FRUSTRATION?

Honestly this clinic is a joke . So I had a miscarriage June 5th . Till this day they are still calling me to set up a appointment to see how the baby is doing . It’s upsetting to have to tell the story over and over how I had a miscarriage. And I did all of my appointments to see if everything was out of my tummy …. So they really shouldn’t be calling me about that . Next I had a pamp smear that same month June and still haven’t gotten any results I called to ask for them and they said they would ask the doctor. Until today I still haven’t received a call back . No one knows what they are doing in there . It’s a MESS . Go somewhere else please . If they update basic information I wouldn’t trust my body with them .
Just called them and the call center is horrible i don’t know if it’s because it’s 9am but you guys honestly need to handle professional people here horrible customer service . I think customer service is lost and forget they are dealing with patients not customers at a store . Things are sensitive here and they have no respect or empathy . Overall horrible place .

Our first experience with this clinic was a phone call since they were following up on a referral. The lady that called me was very nice and even offered to call me back after she verified some information from the doctor. Her follow up phone call was within 1 hour and then the appointment was set.

The day of the appointment we found out that it was cancelled and rescheduled without my knowledge or concent. I'm a calm person so I didnt make a big deal about it. They told me they couldn't call me to let me know because they didnt have my phone number. *remember, they called ME to set up my appointment.

The day of our rescheduled appointment was not that bad as far as our appointment not getting cancelled was concerned. It did take over 35 minutes before they called us in, so that was a drag. I mean we have an appointment! Well the staff were very nice and everything else went well. They set us up for a follow-up appointment and we also have an appointment to see a specialist. They will call us to let us know when and where and it can take 2 weeks for our referral.

I had to follow up with the clinic two weeks later because no one called me to confirm my appointment. They had no notes from the Doctor regarding my specialist referral and they would have to resubmit it. Again, I would have to wait another 2 weeks.

A few days later I recieved a phone call regarding my follow-up appointment. (*keep in mind I have 2 appointments set at this clinic for two different doctors at two different days plus the specialist appointment.) Well it turns out that my follow-up appointment was never scheduled on their system or I was bumped. Either way I had to reschedule my appointment once again.

The day of my follow-up appointment. We arrived 15 minutes early and checked in. Our wait time to be seen was 45 minutes! To be fair and since we arrived 15 minutes early let's just say we waited 30 minutes, that's still a bit of a wait for an appointment.

Well to shorten this long review, we are not happy with our experience at this clinic and if it wasnt for my son liking his doctor (who shall remain nameless) we would've changed to the clinic down the street from our house IB Community Health Center.

Final comment; the system in place at this clinic is broke and should he addressed with training.
