I had a great visit at the dentist recently. Everything started off on the right note—I was seen right on time, which set a positive tone for the day. The chair was comfortable, and I really appreciated that they had sunglasses on hand to help ease the brightness of the fluorescent lights. It was a thoughtful touch, although I passed on the offer.

The cleaning itself was thorough and made me feel well taken care of. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me warmly, and that friendly vibe carried through every step of the process. I felt completely comfortable and confident, especially with my dental hygienist, Laura, whose expertise really shined through.

New Day Smile is a great dental office. Its expensive, all dental work is. Its uncomfortable, all dental work is. But the people who work here are welcoming & respectful. They are also extremely organized. If your appointment is at 10 am, they call you back at 9:58. I've been going for 2 years & I've never had sloppy service or work. The finance department is also organized and clear. No surprises. If you need dental work done, give them a try.

When I decided to come to New Day Smile it was because I had work done in Los Angeles and was very unhappy with the work there. I've heard nothing but great things about this office through a friend that lives in San Diego. Staff is wonderful and very understanding, I have lots of anxiety, but going there now is very conferting, The lead assistant went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and smoothly. I am very confident with my smile and get compliments everywhere I go. Thank you to all the staff Dr Valadez, Dr Zazueta and Dr Herrera I will be referring friends and family to this office.

I wish I could express the amount of gratitude I have for this place! They completely removed all my teeth and implanted new ones.
