They were so nice and accommodating. I am a single mom and I was nervous about bringing my baby in for my appointment but the receptionist even offered to hold her for me. The orthodontist was very kind friendly and knowledgeable and he made me feel comfortable. This place is great I highly recommend it!!

Don’t go here if you need teeth moved to make spaces for implants as an adult. Also, heads up that Invisalign trays can lead to grinding.
I saw Dr. Daft and Dr. Myers for braces to make spaces for implants as an adult for two teeth I was missing since birth. It tuned into a 7 year stressful ordeal with two rounds of braces. During the second transition into retainers, I complained to Dr Meyers about frequent pain in my two front teeth at 3 appointments before I was taken seriously and the response was that I should go talk to my regular dentist about it. He also said to me that the pain was not caused by the orthodontics. My regular DDS thought it was a bite problem or grinding problem brought on by the Invisalign trays, so we tried to address that for about a year. (After going thru braces a second time, i now had a grinding problem?!). Finally, I figured out that they had my two front teeth positioned too tightly between the adjacent implants. Finally after filing the implant crowns down a tiny bit (an invisible amount just so dental floss would pass slightly more easily between the crowns and the front teeth) then my front teeth stopped hurting, and finally settled into place. The orthodontists here don’t acknowledge that they make any mistakes or the potential for things to go wrong, so you have to solve problems on your own.

Undeniably amazing quality of service right from the start.
I visited the office to get a consultation for alignment treatment that’s been long overdue and from the moment I walked in was greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly friendly.
After finishing some quick paperwork, I was placed under the care of Shanna who welcomed me to the office as well as introduced me to all of the other staff members as we walked to our meeting.
From this moment until the end of our meeting I knew I was in great hands, with Shanna listening to me explain my situation, walking me through options while explaining things that I may not have been familiar with, but most importantly being patient with the questions I was asking.
Dr. Myers was very detailed and outlined the plan clearly which helped put me at ease over the situation.
Overall, the amount of empathy, knowledge, and professionalism that I experienced was the absolute best that someone could possibly receive and I look forward to working with these amazing people through the course of my treatment.

This place is really great, everyone that works here is super nice and they seem to genuinely care about the patients. I’m an adult patient that previously wore braces as a teenager. 20 years later my teeth have shifted and have been causing issues. I went to another orthodontist first and they did a bunch of fancy scans and then quickly told me they could fix my teeth and the price was pretty significant. Before I made such an investment I wanted a second opinion so I went to New Element. Dr. Meyer was generous with his time taking the time to really look at my teeth/bite and explain treatment options and challenges. I appreciated his honesty and it’s clear he has the expertise and experience to handle complex issues. I decided to get treatment at New Element because I felt like they were trustworthy and set my expectations accurately. I would have chosen them if they were more expensive than the other place because I’m willing to pay for quality service. But New Element was way more reasonably priced than the other place. I’m happy with the choice I made.

This office is wonderful! We loved Shanna - she’s lovely, so sweet and answered all of our questions. Dr. Myers is so kind, thorough, explains everything in a helpful way and really cares about his patients. The front staff is great too! It’s a breath of fresh air working with an office that has staff that truly care about customer service and their patients. Highly recommend!

We are so happy we found Dr. Myers, Shanna, and the rest of the great team at New Element on K st in Sacramento. Dr. Myers not only made my son who is autistic feel comfortable, but has also been very considerate and thorough when discussing treatment options that best benefit the patient. He pays close attention to detail and is considerate and compassionate of any concerns or questions I had. He truly cares about his patients which is exactly what we need in this profession. I highly recommend him for complex cases and sensitive patients. He is outstanding.

Just left New Element Orthodontics. Had the pleasure of working with Shanna, she is amazing; treated my grandson like he was her own child. Then we met with Dr. Myers, who is as amazing as Shanna; they are truly a wonderful group. My granddaughter has been going to the same office for the past 7 years and I have to say it just feels like home, I know sounds silly, but they are great. They were great 7 years ago and even better today!!!

By far the best orthodontist team and doctor. I am a dentist myself and I trust Dr. Myers with the care of all three of my kids. He’s knowledgeable and patient and his team is so friendly and professional. If you want the best then look no further.
