Today the dentist refused to give my son the proper meds to numb him properly during q deep cleaning was my last straw. I tried to get over the fact they were incompetent and didn't put in my insurance authorization then claim the medical dept was hacked to only tell me 2 weeks later that the medical insurance dept canceled me. Whole time THEY NEVER PUT IN THE AUTHORIZATION PROPERLY. He was an orthodontics patient, but they still tried to charge my $780 instead of $380. The staff seems to be doing the bare minimum. I would've went to Western Dental if I knew I would get this treatment. I only went there cuz his braces were put on by Newhart orthodontics and they got hacked and started sending cruel and insulting messages to my son. This whole establishment is giving the bare minimum and this is our TEETH

I took my daughter to Dr Newhart and was greeted with a a wonderful staff and Mrs Newhart. The Assistants were awesome and professional taking the time to talk to and ensure that my daughter was comfortable. Every visit was the same throughout the whole 2yrs of coming in with my daughter it felt like family. Oh and I enjoyed the music also.
If you want a caring Dr and staff this is the place to go.

I would give them a zero if possible. Ms. Lynn, the wife, was rude, inconsiderate and hearthless to my situation. I paid my braces off in full within 1 year. My braces was scheduled for 2 years. The incident just happened today April 5th which is 5 months after I paid off the braces in full...... I have my receipts as proof that I don't owe them. She told me to go find another orthodontist to finish my braces and I will need to pay that other orthodontist. My braces are still on so now I don't know what to do from this point. I only have until November which will complete my 2 years.
Oh and I forgot Ms. Lynn, the wife, told me I can go through life being ungrateful......all I know I paid for a service, I didn't beg for any hands out.

I had a great experience with Dr. Newhart and his team during my orthodontist treatment. Dr. Newhart is an orthodontist - rock star! He is polite, even-tempered, and a good listener. Dr. Newhart has several offices around the city which comes handy with re-scheduling the Doctor’s visits. He has done an amazing job with my teeth. I am 45 years old, wore braces for little over two years, and my smile is a product of his meticulous practice. I enjoy my new smile as much as I enjoy my visits to Dr. Newhart office. Now that my braces are off, I actually miss visiting with the gang at Dr. Newhart’s. I highly recommend Dr. Newhart & his team!
