Dr P and her staff are an incredible team!! They work together to provide an excellent dental experience for you! Due to terrible dental experience as a young child, it took me a long time to even go back the dentist. Fortunately, Dr P was referred to me by my daughter and it’s been nothing but a pleasure!! She is funny, extremely knowledgeable and so very kind and comforting♥️ She is truly a cower in her field!!The entire staff is very professional and reassuring! I wouldn’t ever consider looking for anyone else especially when you have the heat😊

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Nicole Pagonis for over five years, and my experience with her has consistently been outstanding. Most recently, I saw her for persistent tooth sensitivity following a procedure she performed in late December 2024. While the initial treatment helped, the sensitivity unexpectedly worsened.

I decided to wait it out through January, but during a follow-up visit with my orthodontist, he added additional buttons to refine my bite alignment. Unfortunately, this intensified the sensitivity exponentially—practically overnight, the discomfort became unbearable. Desperate for relief, I reached out to Dr. Pagonis via text. Without hesitation, she scheduled me for a next-day visit.

This is where Dr. Pagonis truly sets herself apart. Her exceptional bedside manner made all the difference. She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, thoroughly explained the possible causes based on dental anatomy, and presented me with practical treatment options that took my ongoing orthodontic work into account. Together, we opted for a conservative approach—a specialized paste to help alleviate the extreme sensitivity.

Now, just a few hours post-treatment, the discomfort is already much more manageable. And to my surprise, she didn’t even charge me for this visit! That level of care and integrity is rare and speaks volumes about her dedication to her patients.

The staff was awsome.Ben made sure I was calm and comfortable. Dr.P and Javier really knew what they were doing I have no complaints.I am definalty going back for regular cleaning and check ups. Dr. P Has this red light therapy she used, it was very calming and relaxing.

They reach out to you in advance of the appointment, greet you as you come through the door, they are right on time with your appointment, and the dental assistant and Dr. Pagonis gives you plenty of information and guidance throughout the process.

Dr. P is always friendly and listens to my concerns. Her office staff is EXCELLENT, always going the extra effort to make sure they help with scheduling and kids' appointments. I've moved my whole family over to Dr. P because the office is simply top notch. As a medical practitioner myself, I really appreciate GOOD quality healthcare. Dr. P is very skilled, easy to understand, transparent in her dentristy practice, generous with her time, and respectful of patient concerns. She always answers my questions, no matter how silly they might seem. Last year during a cleaning, I ended up needing a cavity filled and Dr. P rearranged her schedule to fill it immediately while I was in the office so I would not have to return, due to the fact that I live over an hour away. Recently, I needed a root canal and Dr. P and her office called around and made sure I would have treatment as soon as possible, with highly recommended endodontist. Her team took time out on their lunch break to help me. I cannot say enough good things about this team. GO SEE HER, you will not regret it.

I had a crown replaced today, I didn’t feel a thing. Dr. P. is so gentle while giving the numbing shot, as well as the drilling and removal of the old crown. Javier is also fantastic and just as gentle while doing his work of reapplying the temp. They are the dream team as they work in unison to give a very professional, fast but thorough dental experience. No need to be “scared of the dentist” at this establishment, from teeth cleaning to serious issues, I have had nothing but fantastic 5 star service. All the referrals I’ve sent, have the same thing to say about Dr P.

Typically Dentist visits are not fun! But, Nicole and the staff are amazing. I trust they will keep my dental health in the best shape. Nicole is very knowledgeable and she taught me in engineer lingo how teeth are built and what I should be doing to preserve my enamel. I am feeling thankful to have this awesome dental team!
