Dr. Nisco is an awsome orthodontist! At 11 years old we more than noticed our daughter's teeth coming in badly. Overlaping front teeth, forward facing front side ones. Not a good look or something I could feel good having her grow up with. We saw Dr. Nisco and immediately felt comfortable with him. A beautiful clean office in Lake Arrowhead full of the state of the art equipment. Wonderful staff, really wonderful! Our daughter is almost 15 now and has flawlessly straight teeth thanks to Dr. Nisco. Price was right! Great 100% perfect experience!

My son had an emergency issue with his braces that needed immediate service. I found this practice through Google and put a call in to them to see if they could help. Dr. Nisco's staff quickly responded to my text messages and the next thing I knew we were in their clinic getting the issue taken care of. The staff were so courteous and friendly, it was top notch service. The clinic, right in Lake Arrowhead Village, is state of the art with the latest technology. Highly recommended.

Dr. Nisco is a very thorough and conscientious orthodontist. He and his staff are very professional and yet genuinely care about their patients and are always warm and friendly. My two children and many other patients I know are very happy with his quality work; I highly recommend Dr. Nisco!
