All the techs there are great but Jennifer is the best. You’re in and out but don’t feel rushed. She’s efficient and meticulous. Awesome personality too. Ask for a teeth cleaning from her if you want the best. The price is $200 for the first cleaning and $20 for the second. I’ve been going here for about two years and this dentist office has been my go to. Prices are fair and hard to beat. Dr Le is the best

I just contacted Norcross Dental Center,LLC to get an explanation for a charge on my bill. Unfortunately, the customer service representative Ms. LONG, I spoke with was extremely rude!

When I asked for clarification on the billing details, the representative interrupted me multiple times and spoke in a condescending tone. I felt disrespected and frustrated by their unwillingness to listen and provide clear answers. At first she put me on hold for more than 10 mins, than after arguing with me she hang up the phone! Extremely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

This interaction has left me with a negative impression of Norcross Dental Center,LLC. I urge the company to train their staff on proper customer service etiquette and ensure that customers are treated with respect.

While the dental care was satisfactory- But be aware about how they charge the bills. They were some charges that were not explained to me beforehand and i felt misled!

On September 12th at 9:00 a.m. I received my 6-month checkup at Norcross Dental Center. the service that I received was amazing and caring. My Dentist Hygienist was Anthony. The treatment that I received was cleaning. He kept me informed of each treatment that I receiving and also wanted to make sure that I was comfortable & each time after receiving my treatment. I inform him that he gave excellent service.
