Dr. Miller removed my daughter‘s wisdom teeth. It was very professional answered all questions they were needed to be answered. Front desk was very professional and courteous his assistance. When she went back I had a wonderful bedside manner. I can feel entail that they cared about my daughter‘s well-being. I love the staff. He did my son’s wisdom tooth last year. I highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed

Office is ran efficiently. We were in/out for his oral surgery and everything was a breeze. Love the order in which you run your office. Check in, no long wait, surgery completed, told to bring the vehicle out front, script w/ aftercare instructions in the bag! 10/10

Got my gold tooth back after my wisdom teeth were extracted. Dr miller had good bedside manner. Cost was reasonable and recovery has been much easier than I expected. Nurses were very friendly. I had been dreading this for 40 years and it wasn't so bad.

Everyone was great! From the receptionists to the nurses. They took really good care of me. I had my wisdom teeth extracted on both sides, when I went home they checked in on me and make sure I was doing well! They made the experience very calming for me as some who doesn’t like needles or blood. I would definitely recommend!!

The facility and employees were all very helpful and answered all questions clearly. Dr. Miller did such a good job the next day. I really didn’t need any additional pain medicine. I’ve used this facility several times for extractions as well as dental implants and recommend them highly.

UPDATE: I have experienced how things can work by going elsewhere. After giving up on NALOFS, I scheduled a consult at a competitor. Not only did they actually demonstrate care for me as a patient, I left with an appointment for surgery! Now, I have my implant and my only regret is not recognizing the inexcusable lack of caring at NALOFS for so long. And, of course, they took my money for the useless consultation appointment!

This practice appears to work like a machine intended to get a lot of people in and push them through, but with no failsafes if their process breaks and you, the patient, will suffer.L If you doubt this, note that their website has no online contact form or email address and seek out the negative reviews. I'm not the first to fall victim to their oversight and refusal to fix issues.

My dentist referred me to NALOFS last year and I attended a consult appointment with Dr. Guffey in AUGUST 2024. My initial impression was not great due to the waiting room being packed and the length of the wait to be seen, at which time I was hurriedly scanned and my actual consult with the surgeon was very short. I was handed some documents covering what I needed to do the day of my procedure. I was not contacted whatsoever unless I called and left a message a month later inquiring about the scheduling of my surgery. I called again every few weeks. Each time, they said my insurance had not provided a pretreatment estimate. I contacted my insurance provider and informed the clinic numerous times that no request had been received for this estimate. These estimates must be requested by the provider and, for months, no one at NAOFS acted based on its supposed non-receipt or my calls that the request hadn't been received. My insurance provider even provides a confirmation number to providers when they receive these requests.

They even had the audacity to bill me for my share of the charges from the initial consultation (interestingly, not filed until November, three months after the visit). I finally went elsewhere.

There are much more caring and attentive oral surgeons in the Huntsville area. Check reviews and ensure they have an online contact page or email address indicating they want to hear from their patients.

All of the staff are very friendly and efficient. Dr. Miller has been my wife's surgeon several times. He's always been helpful.
Parking and handicapped access is challenging. Drop off area is very small.
