I can’t truly express how helpful this establishment has been. Dr. Turley and his team have been a phenomenal help to what was a horrible occurrence for my boyfriend. He had a wisdom tooth extracted at a different location, which I will never recommend anyone to go to. Seeing how Dr. Turley and his team care for each patient is amazing and exactly what I expect also working in healthcare. They are consistent with the quality of care and professionalism to each and every single one of you that step inside. It’s a comfortable and warm experience as if you were part of their family. We had gone to his office to have a very serious case of dry socket taken care of and they did amazing. After hearing my boyfriend in agonizing pain from the last office we went to it was heartbreaking, but this team will make sure you’re all taken care of and they’re super sweet throughout the process. They make sure you’re fully educated on each decision and topic that’s discussed so you can make the best choice for yourself/loved one. I highly recommend everyone to have their procedures done here. They are very reasonable. When I say they go above and beyond I’m very serious. I expected to have to show up Monday morning with my boyfriend and Dr. Turley surprised us by explaining he would come in on an off day to ensure he was taking care of his patient. (I don’t expect him to always do this so I am truly grateful every time we step foot through those front doors.)

I can not recommend Dr. Turley or his staff more highly. I was referred to him by a friend who is a dental anesthesiologist, after enduring a horrific experience with another dental office and an unsuccessful dental implant. It resulted in an infection that was allowed to continue for three months. Dr. Turley's staff was professional, compassionate and helpful, and he skillfully performed a delicate and extensive oral surgery to remove the implant rod and clear the infection, relieving the pain I had experienced for three months. I only wish I had begun my dental care with Dr. Turley and cannot thank him enough!

I took my son there for a consult for wisdom teeth removal, and everything from the front office staff, the wait time (only 3 mins) and time with the doctor was outstanding. Doctor had great bedside manner, explains things thoroughly, leaves time for any questions, just a chill guy. Will update after surgery, but so far I’m impressed!

North Coast has a wonderful environment, all the girls, and the doctor Dr.Nathan is very nice he make you feel very welcome extremely kind staff super clean and above all customer service is the best !!! Highly recommend it to anyone in San Diego !!

I highly recommend Dr. Turley. My 16 year old recently had his wisdom teeth removed by him. From the initial consultation to the follow up appointment a week after surgery, the entire staff was punctual, caring and professional. I had a lot of anxiety about this since neither of my kids had ever had any surgeries. They made it so easy, it was hard to believe. I fully trust them and will be back with my other son when the time comes. Thanks very much to all of you at the office!
