Worst OBGYN EVER. I thought going with midwives was the way to go. At the hospital during my delivery, my doula and I told the midwife Natalie not to pull my placenta out. She said “you can’t stop me from doing my job” and after she did that, I continued to lose blood. The nurses at the hospital told me I lost 50% of my blood. I couldn’t enjoy skin to skin with my baby. Two days later, my body was giving up. I couldn’t feel anything and I couldn’t walk. They never followed up with me once. My dad had to call asking for an appointment for labs since I was losing so much blood. It was an emergency and they complained and yelled at him on the phone saying it was a violation asking for that. So we had to go somewhere else. I almost died and they could care less.
Then the time I had the flu while 37 weeks pregnant, they said to call them if anything was concerning so I did. They just said “well go to the hospital”
On top of that, they are so disorganized with billing. Each time they ask again for my insurance card and then send me bills that never went through insurance and I’ve called several times. The front desk ladies are miserable and so is the staff. Nobody there enjoys what they do let alone care for your body. DO NOT GO HERE.

Don't make the same mistake I did. This is NOT an Urgent care clinic. Your insurance will treat is as an Out of Network Office visit which was not covered at all for me, not even towards my deductible. I feel they miss-represented themselves since The website say "Urgent Care ". Otherwise I had a good experience.

I had a Primary Care appointment setup well over a 6 months to a year ago cause of their waitlist and now somehow suddenly the appointment disappears. The front desk lady is stating that I never had an appointment and they will not place me back on a waitlist schedule, due to them losing providers. I walked into the clinic and specifically asked 6 months to a year ago to be placed on the waitlist and to schedule my appointment, I also had a slip with my appointment on it, as they told me they were a long ways out with scheduling. What a horrible thing to do to your community and a local, I will ensure to not give this practice anymore business unless they want to rectify the issue!!

Had a really bad experience with the front desk person. Went there around 2 pm on 8/9. She had an attitude and showed no kind of compassion. Just really rude. I had been experiencing dizziness and bp was high and I was panicking a little and just wanted to make sure I was ok to wait and I even said sorry I'm just scared. I asked how long amd if I should wait because of what I was experiencing and she said I do t know ma'am and with such an attitude. I said well will somebody make sure I can wait and she said they'll come if they want to. I asked to speak to someone else and she called and said Kristina doesn't want to talk to me she wants to talk to you and hung up and a nurse came. I told her the exact same thing and she checked my bp and said it was high, but not stroke high. She was helpful. They couldn't do anything else for me and said that id have to go to flagstaff hospital. I just dont understand not having any kind of customer service or compassion working at the front desk. It's the first encounter a patient has and I was obviously distressed. I just needed help that's why I was there. I will probably never go back because of the horrible customer service and they just cant do anything for you there.

They have a months-long wait list for Primary Care Dr's, ans PT's.

Whilst waiting for an appt. with a Primary Care in Flagstaff, I went to Urgent Care for illness. I was also out of a common script (already in my patient file), and was told that the urgent care Dr would refill that script for me.

When it was not in my Safeway Rx order, I called the next day to see if the Dr. would fill it for me. (Until I could find a Primary in Flagstaff).

The Urgent care "nurse" told me that they have a different Dr. everyday in Urgent Care. I asked if she could simply call that Dr. and confirm the script. She said she had no way to contact the Dr. I said, you don't have her phone number? She said No. I said, you're kidding me...you cannot contact the Dr.? She said, No. AND, that she would end the call if I questioned her again.

Really (Hang up)

Daughter has had an appointment set since June 21, day before the appointment, she received a text that it was cancelled with no explanation. She called and the receptionist was like oh, the Dr is sick. So rescheduled her for another date. Once again, day before the appointment it got cancelled for the same reason! Maybe this is a blessing in disguise to see a different doctor that isn’t always “sick”. And at least this time they called her to reschedule. Good thing it’s not a life threatening appointment!
Time to go to a different facility.
