This is a very good animal clinic with a great and caring staff that takes time to treat your pet with care. Can’t say enough good things about the staff there. Dr Fry was so helpful. He took the time to listen and explained everything to me and worked diligently to find the best treatment for my sweet boy. He had him feeling better in no time. He went out of his was to find the most affordable options for us as well. I’m so appreciative of him and all the staff.

The vets at this clinic are amazing! Our 2 dogs and 2 cats love the doctors! They are so kind and the office staff is amazing as well. I highly recommend North Jackson Animal Clinic for all your fur babies needs!

I have used this vet since I moved to the area in 2021. I have had many mixed experiences here and have always given them the benefit of the doubt when they say or do things that are generally not acceptable.
Today I learned that they have decided to close on Saturdays, permanently. I, like many others, have very limited availability during the week and rely on them being open on Saturday as they always have been. When I asked for a reason they did not want to provide me with one initially. The only excuse they provided me when I asked for more detail is that the doctors got tired of having to work so much on Saturday, and it was just too hard that everyone in the area would come to them on Saturdays for emergencies as they are the only vet office open in the area on this day...emergencies
When asking about the necessary follow up visits for my dog that could only take place on Saturday I was told to figure it out myself.
I'm disgusted with this complete lack of care for their patients and for the community that relies on them. They clearly don't care at all about how this effects the community that has relied on them for so long. They have also made it clear they don't care to hear any criticism about this but they absolutely need to hear it. This is a horrible decision and I sincerely hope they think better of it before they lose the trust of the people that have entrusted them with the care of their animals.
I may have the ability to travel a bit farther on the weekend to seek care but there are so many people in this area that do not have that privilege. How utterly ridiculous to put so many at risk for no good reason.

We are extremely happy with our experience at the clinic. Everyone has been very caring and professional with our cat. Our cat has had a surgery and regular checkups at this location. They have been consistently great every visit.

They are the best in the area in our opinion!
