I have been a client at various PT clinics, and North Lake has been by far the best. My PT Alex could not have done a better job. She challenged me every week and adapted and updated my workout to fit my new levels of ability. The rest of the team were fantastic as well, especially Samantha, Olivia and Sandy. A very caring and supportive place, I was sorry to end my therapy. They actually got me to where I needed to be, and that hadn't happened at the prior facilities. I have had chronic back pain that ended in spinal fusion, and then a TKR. I am definitely on the road to a better life and more mobility. I couldn't thank the team enough. The best and thank you!

Everyone at Tigard NLake PT is very helpful and positive starting with my first phone call to schedule, to the therapist Doug, and the team who keeps me on track with my exercises. I have felt listened to and that the treatment plan was designed to meet my recovery needs. I’ve seen improvement very quickly in some issues I’ve struggled with for years. Thank you!

I had been going to North Lake PT since November waiting for my hip replacement surgery in April. My PT specialist Alex was helpful, supportive, encouraging and expertly trained to help me get through along with the able assistance of Olivia, Sam and many others!. Within one month of my surgery, I was dancing the Electric Slide at my daughter’s wedding and I’m 83!

North Lake PT rocks! My PT, Sandy, did a very good job of teaching me about why we were training specific areas and how that affects my symptoms. I’m very happy with my experience and know just where if I ever need PT in the future.

Every single person at North Lake is so kind and Sandy is the best! I had a herniated disc and horrible sciatica when I started and she helped me get back to strength 🙂 She is excellent at adapting her approach to your specific needs, so definitely speak up if you feel uncertain about any of the exercises. Sometimes my knees or back would feel pain and she always had a way to modify the exercise so it didn't hurt. She is also an incredibly kind person who cares deeply about all her clients, and works so so hard to help us get better.
PS: If you guys at Northlake read these...I'm two weeks into my big hike and feeling amazing, no re-injuries and getting stronger every day! Thank you to all of you! (I made an account just to post this so the name is different)
