Dr. Dozier is nothing short of amazing. He’s kind and patient and gentle. I had a weird panic attack and he and is staff rushed to help me. Giving me oxygen and taking steps to ensure I was ok. He stayed by my side until it passed. Brooke is also great, as well as the front desk staff were all very helpful. This is the 3rd visit I’ve had with him. I was schedule for a crown which was going to cost several hundred dollars but after further exam he noted I needed a root canal as well but said another good option would be an extraction that only cost me with insurance $18. I said all that to say he did what was best for me and my pocket book, not his. He don’t push expensive procedure when another cheaper one would work just as well. I highly recommend Dr. Dozier. 10/10!

Just went for my first visit in years. The wonderful staff helped me get my insurance info together without a hitch. Scheduled me same day as well! Mrs. Preze was my hygienist and was incredibly nice and informative, also very positive! Made me feel welcome without trying. DDS was also very well spoken and prompt. Quickly diagnosed my issue and gave me the information I needed and answered my questions. Glad to have them as my new provider!

Best experience at a dentist I’ve had. The staff were so welcoming. The hygienist was a delight to talk to and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Hamilton was very nice and calming while looking at my teeth. Overall, I was very pleased with the clinic and will definitely be going back!

If I could give zero stars I would. Sat for an hour waiting for a filling for my daughtm go numbed 15 after we got there and sat not informed about why we were waiting. Let the helper know we were gonna leave in 15 min she said okay Dr came in 11 min later and said you can reschedule or go some where else.... we got up and left. Dr is rude when he is busy and they are always busy. Will neve come back and do not recommend to anyone

I have been a patient for 32 years. I would never go anywhere else. The whole staff is so friendly. Delinda did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Dacus did my checkup and was very thorough. If you are looking for a dentist this is the place. He does good work but he doesn’t do unnecessary work and their prices are fair.

Extremely friendly staff! Always helps explain things if I don't understand something. I was extremely anxious about going to the dentist due to very bad past experiences and they made me fell extremely welcome and worked with me and I was comfortable enough to go my second time without taking medicine to calm me down. I've been a regular since. I don't plan on finding a new dentist until Dr. Hamilton retires and even then I don't plan on leaving North River Dental!

Love this office of fine dental personnel! Always professional and very friendly people work here. I have been a patient for about 4 years and am very pleased with my dental work and cleanings. If you are looking for a great team to take care of your dental work, you will not be disappointed with Dr. Dacus and Dr. Hamilton. They are the best!
