I came in and the hospital never transferred my records for the past year and I go in and it’s all outdated medical records and the doctor did nothing to help me only belittle me about my past and not help with the present. I needed home health care and doctors appointments but she made it impossible to stay in the office and feel humiliated. Not only that after taking the day off and not be so stressed about the situation, I tried to call the front desk to schedule appointments for myself but the line is always busy. I don’t know if the front desk disconnects the phone but this is unacceptable I need help and I have nobody else to help me other than a doctor to schedule rides to and from but they act like that’s not a option. I’m very upset with the situation and don’t recommend here unless you want to be tossed in circles

Been going to Northeast health services for 8 years but most of the time I can't get an appointment especially when I really need it they are closed half the time called to try and get an appointment they said we can see you on the fourth I'm like I'll be better by then if they would stay open they wouldn't be so far behind I love Jenna but I'm changing Doctors!!

I absolutely love this clinic. Gina Knopps CRNP. is my favorite one out of all of the nurse practitioners, but to be honest, I really haven't come across any other nurse practitioners there that I don't like. Their wait time is the lowest of all of the clinics that I have been to in the Northeast Alabama Health Services Clinics that I've been to. Overall, I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

My kids and I all see Georgina Knopps, CRNP since we moved into the area a year ago. She is literally the best and we absolutely love her! She listens and will refer you or your children to a specialist if needed! She is someone who cares and I greatly appreciate the work she does.

Well this comment goes out to Randy Boggs,never have I considered a mental health facility for dental work or drug & alcohol rehabilitation services for orthodontic surgery, however if in the event I need some dental work I'll avoid this place at all cost.. thanks for the tip bro! 🤜🏻🤛🏻

Had a bad tooth yesterday went here call number on the door to talk with someone about getting something to help the situation face was swelling up pretty bad after three calls they finally picked up the phone asked can we help you have you ever been here before told them the problem they said no one here can help you piss pore place to go 4 cars in rear of building why were they there never go back again shut it down or get careing people to help you very disappointing for someone in need of help
