I ended up not getting the procedure done through them, but I wanted to say how amazing all the staff was anyway. I was the last patient of the day, but I was taken care of thoroughly and without rush. They kindly explained everything, and seemed to understand that I am new to being an Adult and very bad at it. Wonderful staff, I just wish my insurance would let me stay ?

Had the best experience I could hope for getting my wisdom teeth removed as an adult. I was nervous as I hadn’t had surgery since I was a kid, and the staff were kind and understanding, going out of their way to take care of me and ease my worries.
They provided extensive care instructions and resources. After seeing my sister’s experience with a different clinic, I am SO grateful I had my surgery here. I had a smooth recovery and no issues despite being a slow healer!

Dr. Cross was awesome!! He was very thorough in his instructions and made my son and I very comfortable. The staff was amazing!! They were fun and so sweet. They made the scheduling and set up so easy. Did I mention the free T-shirt!!

I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. On 9/03 my wife took our son for a consultation to get one tooth pulled to make room for a future expander. After visiting with Dr. Cross, they scheduled an appointment for the surgery on 9/11. During the initial consultation the dentist also said that he would remove a few of his other baby teeth. My wife was never told of any extra charges for this and the way it was explained to her it sounded as though they would just pull them out since he was under already.
Once I began to look more closely at the quote, I noticed 5 charges for $130 each for “Coronal Remnants – Deciduous Tooth”. Also, we saw that the charges for anesthesia were a large portion of the bill and our daughter had also recently undergone dental surgery. For her surgery we were able to claim the anesthesia portion of the surgery under our health insurance. My wife attempted to call them back and see if she could get an explanation for the additional charges as well as discuss the possibility of getting a portion covered under our health insurance. She called multiple times to discuss these inquiries until the day before the surgery when they simply provided a new statement with the 5 $130 dollar charges removed. They were going to charge us $650 to remove “baby” teeth. The person she spoke to did not do any additional follow-up but stated that she had the same insurance company, and they don’t typically cover this. She said it may be possible that because our daughter had used a surgery clinic outside of the Dentist office that may be why they won’t cover it since theirs is in house. If that was the case, we would have loved to have had this information ahead of time so that may we could consider other options that would require less money out of our pocket. At no time did anyone actually bother to contact our health insurance company or try providing us with any real assistance in the matter even though another clinic had just done this for us with our daughter.
Following this brief discussion, they told my wife that she needed to provide the remainder of our portion (now $1189.94) before they could proceed so she did.
I was very frustrated at this point and had thought about leaving a review at the time but I decided that it was all over and that I would simply not return. However, a few months later we received additional bills $393.46!!! I was upset and called to discuss this with them but the person I spoke with merely tried to justify the charges, without addressing my concerns. She told me that they were out of network so the insurance did not cover the full amount that they expected them to had it been in network it likely would have been covered. GREAT TO KNOW months later. Also, she explained the amount that was denied was due to “over reasonable and customary charges”. Not knowing anything about insurance charges I googled it and it seems it was declined because they were charging an amount that is higher than what the insurance company believes is normal for this type of procedure which is also just GREAT!!! At this point the person I was speaking with said that she would look into it and contact me later.
Instead, another employee contacted me and once again tried to explain that we are responsible for the charges and showed no empathy for what I was telling her. She even went on to explain that neither she or I were present at the time of the visit so we cannot be certain of what was said. I just couldn’t believe it so I hung up, gathered myself and called back and just paid them knowing it was the only way to put this all behind me.
After the very first appointment we felt rushed and misled. None of our questions or concerns were ever clearly addressed nor did any of the employees even seem to care even while my wife broke down into tears at their office. This is the longest review I have ever left and is fitting for the experience that my wife and I had at this place. Please look at your options before rushing into a decision on your care provider, unfortunately we did not.

Dr. Cross and team placed an implant very recently. First, let me say the people preparing me for the procedure worked like a pit crew at the Indy 500. I've never seen anything like that kind of speed and efficiency!! They don't mess around! I'm 3 days out from the implant procedure and have had zero pain or discomfort. No exaggeration, no pain. And I have the tolerance of a 6 year old spoiled little girl, so... I can't believe I've lived here all these years and haven't known about Dr. Cross and his amazing staff until now. Absolutely remarkable!!

my sons procedure went fine. unfortunately choosing this place for surgery cost me, made me feel manipulated and it left an impression that this office cares more for the money than the patients.

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed at this facility by Dr. Cross. He never made an appearance before or after my surgery, so I’m not sure who ended up actually pulling my teeth out. He did a horrible job. Got 2 dry sockets post surgery and all I can say is that in my 24 years of life, I’ve never experienced a worse pain than I did then.
Nurses did not help with the unpleasant surgery. They were dismissive, mean, & rushed me out of my chair as soon as I said my first word after being under anesthesia.
I had to go back to their office 3 times because they failed to provide enough details and info. about post-surgery care.
Would NOT recommended!
