This black nurse failed to provide proper care and administration of treatment. She bruised my mother while injecting and lacked decent bedside manners. Staff was onsite Nov 27th 8:09 PM and she was on the phone taking personal calls while on the clock. Waited 4 hours just for pain meds and ketorolac

This is my first time going to the ER! I took my daughter here several times 6 years ago and the experience was not good! But I heard this hospital was newly renovated and it was a great experience to me this time ! There is no need to wait maybe I came in the evening. I couldn’t eat or drink for a few days due to my earlier pregnancy.The nurse immediately arranged a bed to me. After understanding my situation, she drawing blood and injecting Lactated Ringer's
Injection to me. It doesn’t hurts at all when the nurse injects the needle! They also gave me B6 injections because I was vomiting. I injected 2 bags of Lactated Ringer's
Injection, finally got better ! I was discharged from the hospital at about 2am and I entered the hospital at 10pm! Thank you to all the staff,especially doctor and nurses!

I wish I can give zero stars!! I was here with my daughter for an emergency. She was crying nonstop because she hurt her hand! It took hours to be seen and it took hours just to be discharged!!! I literally had to keep going to the desk to let them know I want to leave and nothing was done!!! When I went to desk, the doctor said, “oh you’re still here” I almost lost it!!!!! Save your time and your energy!!! Do not go!!

Sitting now in ER blue zone, people yelling for help
Stuff busy at computers as office working, coming to them upfront and u invisible. Have to catch passing by nurse to help man, third time have luck.
People never come along to ER, especially you r old person. Always have someone stay on your side. Take care

I have been going to this hospital for years simply for one doctor that has been known to my family for years, but every single time I come back for an appointment, the experience progressively worsens. Nurses are rude, unprofessional, and pick fights with almost every patient every time I visit. This hospital is terrible with children and the staff will scold a 6 year-old and expect their guardian to do nothing about it. If i could give 0 stars, I would. I feel unwelcomed here, but I have no other options. I do not recommend going here.

I am grateful for that job and attention to my baby , which shown by Dr.Adam Roth and nurses, especially Ana Guzman. We got to emergency in pediatrics department tonight, and to tell the true I didn't expect such good service. Dr. Roth assessed my baby, checked her. Assigned a lot important tests which were done very fast. Every time when I was coming to Coney island hospital with my child, I heard from doctors, just that my baby would be OK, they didn't do anything, just listen lung sounds and prescribed antipyretics. It's was totally not enough. I coming back home with sick child and didn't know what to do. May be to go in another hospital, I asked myself. But thanks God tonight I had great , fast service. Even hospital was overloaded, the medical personal took care about my child very well. Thank you for great service.

I had to call EMS in Oct and they had to take her to Coney Island Hospital I gave them all the information health insurance and all the information she is taking. To find out she was not being given her water pills. And when she had to be moved to a rehab center they never told the center that she was supposed to have it. I would call the hospital and ask if she was getting her medicines and of course they said yes. But when I ask the center they said that the hospital never told them because my mom's feet and ankles were so big. This pissed me off I didn't know this till 😑 last week. Thank God my mom is ok now What the hell is wrong with you people you are lucky my mom is ok

I had a very disappointing experience. Despite feeling very sick, I was left sitting in the waiting area for an extended period, and no one came to check on me or ask how I was doing. I requested a bed due to how unwell I felt, but my concerns were ignored. To make matters worse, I observed nurses sitting and talking instead of attending to patients. This lack of care and attention made me feel neglected and frustrated. I hope the hospital addresses these issues to prioritize patient comfort and care in the future.
