Great experience with Dr. Laura Žiūkaitė. She is very knowledgeable and care about her patients. All staff is very kindly and treated me and my children very well. I would definitely recommend this clinic. I can’t find this attention and care in the USA. Thank you Gidenta staff!

I was happy with my treatment and all of my questions were answered clearly, with due attention. What did upset me was a product sale which I wasn't aware of until I'd already paid. The doctor said they'd "put a couple of products for me" for the procedure aftercare, but after the payment, when I'd enquired why the price was higher than I'd expected, it was explained to me that I actually paid for 2 products, one of them being very expensive (for me). I find it unprofessional upselling this way and it's actually the first time I had such an experience at this clinic after being a patient for about 5 years.

They texted me at about 12:30 O'Clock on friday asking if i will make it to my appointment few days ahead, i couldn't reply within an hour because i was busy working , so they just canceled my appointment...
